“Awesome flat with wonderful view and lots of privacy”

+ awesome view + very close to sea. You sleep only with the sound of the crushing waves + lots of privacy. Nearly no one can see you on your balcony. + interior was modern and in good condition + Very calm. The rooms are far away from the street. No folks hang around in front, at the ocean. The Restaurant below is very quiet. + Free parking spaces are nearby

Very comfortable and spacious apartment with a beautiful ocean view directly from the balcony. Manolo is a very kind and helpful host; communication was easy, and he was available whenever we needed during our stay. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything you might need on vacation. The WiFi was also very fast and reliable. Although the apartment doesn’t have its own parking spot, there's no need to worry – there is free public parking near Plaza Puerto de Santiago, just a two-minute walk away. We always found a space there, regardless of whether it was morning or evening. The location is perfect – close to the center of Puerto de Santiago, yet the neighborhood remains quiet and not overcrowded. It’s within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and Playa la Arena. There is indeed a restaurant directly below the terrace, but it’s surprisingly quiet. It’s also an excellent starting point for trips around the island, with easy access to Teide National Park and Masca. Highly recommended for anyone who prefers a quieter holiday spot than the crowded southern resorts, but still wants to enjoy the sunny climate of the south rather than the cloudier north. Perfect!

Wonderful stay! The place was amazing, very clean, well-equipped, and with a beautiful view. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during the summer heat. Thank you again for the kind gesture upon our arrival, it was truly appreciated. Highly recommended!

The apartment is quite big and very well-equipped. However, the best thing about it is the view from the big terrace, which is simply stunning – honestly, I haven't stayed in an apartment with a better one. It's perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy dinners with a sunset over the ocean. The host is very helpful, nice and responsive, the check-in was easy and it's super helpful to have a parking spot in the nearby garage, as it can be very difficult to find a parking spot in the location. There's also a beach nearby and right below the apartment it's possible to have a swim in the ocean from the rocks, which we also highly recommend.

The property is great for Los gigantes & Puerto Santiago. Views and sound of sea brilliant! Everything in flat in good as new condition. Good size fridge/freezer & a washing machine. Manuel is a real gentleman and very helpful host on hand. Felt very safe. Plenty of good restaurants/supermarkets close by including excellant one directly next to property. Lidl is 5 mins away. Just to left of property up hill but lovely walk. The Delhi dubhar was fab Indian restaurant. Italian next door very good too. Sun holidays nearby takes care of all airport taxi and excursions. Ron &Rosa so helpful. Anything needed to add to flat can be found at very good commercial shop 10 minute walk to right down hill, it’s like ‘The Range’ in uk selling kitchen ware/crafts/clothes etc at good prices .

Quite big place with terrace overlooking the ocean, Big, comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen (even juicer!!) and grill at the terrace makes excellent vacation spot. Easy contact with the owner, thank you for having us.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the terrace was large with a beautiful view. Drinks and snacks were provided on arrival and the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Manuel, the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay here again if I was in Tenerife

It was a wonderful holiday in a wonderful location overlooking the ocean. Cozy, well-kept apartments, made with taste and love. There is everything you need for a vacation. It’s so cozy and homely here that during the day we rode around the island, and spent the rest of the time in an apartment on a wonderful veranda above the rocks with natural pools and views of the ocean. The apartments are a 10-minute walk from the wonderful black sand beach of Playa de la Arena and a 20-30 minute walk from the beach and cliffs of Los Gigantes, where most of the route is along the promenade next to the ocean. Below the apartment there is a covered veranda of the restaurant. From time to time the smell of food can be heard from there, and sometimes the top of the veranda opens, but this did not bother us at all. I would also like to say thank you to the SUPER owner of the apartment, Manuel, for the warm welcome. Upon arrival, there was cold fruit and wine waiting for us in the refrigerator, which was very nice. Any everyday issues were resolved easily and in a matter of minutes. Manuel provided a place for the car in the underground parking, which is simply an incredible bonus in a town where you can circle around for a long time in search of a free space to park your car. In a few days we traveled all over the western, northwestern and southern coasts. I realized that for us this is the best place on the island both in terms of climate and the nature that surrounds you, there is no feeling of desert like in the south and there are no strong northern winds and frequent waves .

Location was perfect. great restaurants a few steps away. The views from the veranda were breath taking. Apartment was spotless and the welcoming fruit and bottle of fizz was a very lovely touch. Manuel was the perfect host. Making sure we had everything we needed .
