The outside space i stunning and exactly as advertised it is the perfect space to spend time outside in the beautiful weather the heated pool was very nice The location is great literally 2 min walk from the small strip and beach The owners did help with requests for stair gate for bedroom and wirh shopping which was very much appreciated If there is something you need ahead of your stay I am sure the team will be happy to support you

Great location - handy to beach and shops/restaurants. Good walks along the coast in both directions. This place is spacious with plenty of good sized rooms and bathrooms. Lots of varied outdoor areas to enjoy too. Easy to find and we felt very safe here. Great communication from host and responded to immediately.

The location is amazing of this villa. There is easy access to shops and amazing facilities including a pool table, table tennis and a swimming pool!

“Excellent relax with friends”

The villa has a lot of space where you can both spend time with your family/friends and to be alone if you wish so. There are bedrooms on 2 floors hence you can settle in either close to your friends or on different floors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking but if you prefer to eat out, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within 3 minutes walk. The beach is also in 3 minutes walk but we generally preferred the pool at the villa. When we experienced an issue with gas, assistance from the host arrived within 30 minutes.

Where do I start? Communication with hosts prior to and during the stay was excellent. Got keys from lockbox and entered into a beautiful clean home with everything you could need. Fully kitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, beautiful sitting room with tv, fan and amazing view of the mountains, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on same level with aircon and then the final bedroom and bathroom in basement. But it was really the outdoor spaces that took our breath away. At least 6 outdoor seating/lounging areas and an amazing clean pool. A lot of little extras also, washing machine, bbq, outdoor shower, flyswatters :) the hosts have really thought about everything and more. If we are ever back in this little corner of Tenerife, we will stay here again.

The villa was clean and very spacious, lots of seating areas, pool was a great size, everything you would need was there. The location was perfect, just a 2 min walk to the shops, beach, restaurant and public transport. The host was so helpful, checking we were ok or if we needed anything.

Fantastic location near the beach, and easy travel to the more tourist orientated parts of Tenerife. Villa was fantastic, really clean and tidy, pool was lovely and was a very comfortable temperature. Free Wifi, Smart TV for the kids, right next door to amenities. Washing Machine on site, particularly handy with 3 children. Handy offroad parking at the rear with electric gates.

Big and spacious, many good zones to hang out, very good location!

“The Villa was everything we hoped for and more!”

The Villa was very spacious, comfortable and homely. We loved the balcony and spent a lot of time sitting there. The pool was fantastic! The area was very quiet generally especially for a residential area and so close to the beach/amenities.

Everything was great. The villa exceeded all expectations. A large swimming pool, a huge terrace with sea views and a living room with mountain views. The house had everything you needed and even more. Sun beds by the pool, beach towels, umbrellas, ping pong, billiards, barbecue. Parking space. The house is located on a quiet street, but a couple of minutes walk from restaurants, the beach and a shop. We will definitely come back if we can.

Amazing facilities. Heated pool, pool table, table tennis. Excellent terrace for eating a drinking. the villa was spacious, clean and comfortable.

“Fantastic villa & location”

The property was fantastic. Great location just a short walk from the beach, close to restaurants & shops. There are also taxi ranks and a bus stop nearby. The property is well laid out and well equipped, with kitchen utensils, various herbs/spices, cleaning equipment, towels etc, as well as facilities like a dishwasher, washing machine, and aircon in each of the bedrooms. Everything was clean and ready to use. The downstairs rooms seemed recently renovated which was a nice bonus. The view from the living room window is amazing. There are multiple outdoor areas - a covered table & chairs by the kitchen door which was nice for sitting around during the day for lunch, a sun lounger area by the pool, and another covered area with a large dining table and chairs and sofas which was good for dinner and into the evenings. There is also another area on a lower level with further seating and the pool table and table tennis. We were able to leave our cases at the house before and after check-in/check-out as we had early flights in, and late flights out, which was very kind. When we first arrived we were met by Mercedes who was really lovely, and who was also able to help with any questions we had during our stay. We were also contacted by Ronaldo on our arrival day and once during the week to check everything was going well. Just also as a tip because we didn't realise straight away - there is a switch next to the front gate which can be pressed to open it (we were using the keys for a while which was a bit of a pain, but much simpler once we could just open it that way!) We had a really wonderful stay here, and I would recommend this villa to other guests!
