“Goods not as described and unfortunately a fraud”

Goods not as described. We paid for an apartment with a private, year-round swimming pool. It was important to us that the pool was directly at the apartment, because one of us doesn’t like swimming, while the other wanted to go for a quick dip several times a day. Upon arrival, we found out that the pool was out of order. The owners had not informed us in advance, even though the notice about the malfunction had been posted for over a month and they knew it would not be repaired. They offered us tickets to another pool located about a 10-minute walk away, but we didn’t want to spend the whole day there — just to use the pool briefly a few times per day. That’s why we specifically booked an apartment with an on-site pool. Other similar apartments without a pool were up to 200 EUR cheaper. We declined the alternative pool tickets and requested a partial refund. The property expressed sympathy but offered no compensation proper for us.

The owner was amazing, she took my luggage in the morning AND packed the food into the fridge for me when check in was in the afternoon, enabling me to go and enjoy my day before checking in. The place had all the little essentials that you need and more. It was beautifully clean and smelt lovely and fresh. The view out of the balcony you can see the sea and some hills, a sunny balcony all day, you can watch the sun rise and sunset. It was perfect for what I needed. The pool on the roof is small but quiet and sunny, it was great to go in for a dip after a bike ride or run.

“Cozy stay with a fantastic view”

Everything what you need for a short or long stay. Perfect location ( both the apartment and the town, where you can easily reach Teide, Masca etc.) and the view from the balcony. The apartment has a small pool on the roof. The owner was very very kind by letting us to check out later due to our late flight. We’d definitely would choose this place ( and the town) another time. Highly recommended!

It’s a great place for a stay in Tenerife, the VC apartment is large, nice view from the balcony and pretty well equipped. Owner gave us some tips about what to do and where to go. Pool on the rooftop is nice for sunset (not heated and small, but in February almost always empty);)

The apartment was very clean, sunny and fresh. I have had a problem with the strong scents used in other places during our holiday on the island, so was super happy with this accommodation. The place had everything we needed from laundry detergent to very comfortable beddings. The host was very friendly and accommodating, answering all questions before and during the stay. Beautiful view from the balcony.
