Overview
Set on Playa de la Arena’s seafront promenade, Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes features a ORIGINAL HUB a place where everything happens. It is our reception, restaurant, lobby bar, entertainment and relaxation area. One of the key points of the hotel is FEELGOOD GARDEN , located at the back of the hotel, is an excellent place to enjoy an excellent drink outdoors, in a very cool place to meet new people. We offer a gym, swimming pool, massage rooms and a co-working area with multipurpose rooms. Just 350 metres from the beach, it offers easy access to the resort’s cafés, bars and shops. Offering sea and pool views, the simply decorated rooms at Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes have a private bathroom. Buses stop just 50 metres away and the centre of Puerto de Santiago is just 1 km from the hotel. Tenerife Sur Airport is 45 km away.

We really like the location, quiet area but with lovely beach 5 mins walk. Not far away there are many touristic place easily accessible by car. Staff very kind, good quality breakfast and dinner, we optioned for a half board. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, perfect to relax if you don't want to go outside.

“Amazing hotel and a wonderful stay!”
The hotel is wonderful. It is very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything feels new, and the whole property smells amazing. I really liked the stylish atmosphere and the attention to detail. It was a pleasure to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always willing to assist with recommendations and any requests. The location is excellent, with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and the Los Gigantes cliffs. Our room was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. One thing we particularly appreciated was how **pet-friendly** the hotel is. Traveling with our dog was easy and stress-free, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It's great to find a place that genuinely accommodates pets and their owners. The pool area was a great place to relax, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt welcoming and laid-back. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a nice way to start the day. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would happily stay here again when visiting Tenerife. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly, and well-located base to explore the island. 🐾🌴

“excellent hotel building with hostel facilities”
The hotel building is comfortable, I like the pool and the view from the room. The hotel itself is more like a hostel. The equipment in the room is extremely basic, no shelves to put your suitcase, no chair, an open metal frame as a replacement for a wardrobe, the beds are very basic, the bed moves or moves away like a double bed. Dinner from the menu is always the same. More like from the Lidl menu than the hotel.

BEDBUGS! We stayed 2 nights, second night at 5 AM we found a bedbug and were unable to sleep after this discovery... In the reception my wife informed a hotel about the situation and they said they will have to keep that room locked for a month. The manager (or we suppose he was) was more worried about what the hotel will have to do with the room than apologetic and concerned about our stay there. When we left the hotel we had to wash all the clothes. 2 items got destroyed of extreme heat. Also had to desinfect every little thing we had with us on a holiday, clean our car extremely well. This caused us to spend 50€ for cleaning services and more than 3 hours of 2of us working on cleaning everything! After all, we felt unsafe to come back to our own home by a fear of not bringing a hotel 'gift' with us and definitely more stressed than rested! Extremely bad experience and ignorance by a hotel. Very sad guests are treated with no care and unprofessionally. We weren't offered any kind of compensation, only 1 little casual sorry.
