I return to the apartment regularly and it was great again.I was a little worried about the restaurant nearby, but it actually added a nice atmosphere to the evenings – it was fine for me. So there was no disturbing noise, on the contrary the restaurant with good food and staff made the stay better. The atmosphere around the apartment actually made the stay even more enjoyable. Maximum satisfaction! Thank you, see you in six months!

The apartment is very beautiful and clean. The terrace with a beautiful view is amazing. The location is very convenient if you are looking for a lively area with everything you might need nearby, and the beach is also just a short walk away. It’s worth noting that there is a bar downstairs. We stayed over the weekend and there was live music. It didn’t bother us, as we were traveling without children this time. However, for some guests it might feel a bit noisy or uncomfortable. For us, though, it was absolutely fine. We really enjoyed our stay and the apartment. Thank you very much!

Beautiful. I visited this place about three years ago, when the apartment was brand new, and it seems to have improved even further. The host is clearly making continuous enhancements. And where else can you find a place with a 60 m² terrace overlooking the ocean, complete with a bed on it? (Not to mention the additional 15 m² terrace.) I slept outside, and although the city wakes up early in the morning, I slept wonderfully (without even needing earplugs). It’s about a minute’s walk to my favorite beach on the island—Playa Arena. Thank you; we’re looking forward to our next visit to the island!

Beautiful terraces and two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The owners were very nice and always happy to answer queries. Easy to get to Los Gigantes and 5 minutes walk to the fantastic Playa Arena beach.

apartment was even better than on the pictures! the ocean is very close to the balcony. amazing terrace, you feel like the water is right under. kitchen has everything you need, and the apartment in general has everything. swimming pool is there but we went to the beach only. i would highly recommend this apartment!

Fabulous apartment with lovely terraces and sea view. Plenty to do in resort and very beautiful coastline. Hosts allowed us a late check out We arranged by What’s App the pick up of the keys but address was 25 Avenida Marítima the complex was Residence La Mar not Paul Marie Apartments so the lady had to meet us this took an extra 12 an hour think the address needs to be updated l

Everything! It had everything in the apartment you could possibly ask for including beach towels and parasols. Natalie our contact was super and even helped us out when my son left his phone in a taxi! We were also able to check out at our convenience as we had an evening flight.
