“Great stay”

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The food was simple but tasty, and there was always something to choose from. We especially enjoyed the freshly grilled fish prepared on site. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bar staff were also very kind, always joking around and creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere. There were entertainment programs around the pool every evening, which added to the enjoyable holiday experience. Just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, there is a beautiful viewpoint overlooking Los Gigantes and the ocean. We could even see this stunning view from the corridor, and waking up to it every morning was truly special. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

“Overall nice experience”

Room had nice view on mountains, was clean and lunch was good. Bus stop was close and people kind and hotel arranged better priced taxi then others. Also TUI stuff for excursions were so helpful.

The restaurant staff were attentive and the activities staff were fantastic.

We really liked the food; it was tasty and there were different dishes every day. The room was spacious and quiet. We specifically requested to receive a quiet room. The bar had a variety of drinks and they were of good quality. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel . Staff were very friendly , courteous , . Rooms great size and comfort. Food in restaurant excellent , great variety every day . Drinks were good. there was 2 bars open so if one had a queue you could use second bar. Lots of snacks in snack bar from 10am to 6pm .

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very close to the beach, with many cafés nearby, and within walking distance of the city center. The hotel area is quite large and pleasant. The food was generally good, with a wide variety of options available, so you definitely won’t go hungry. The only downside is that the rooms could use some renovation, as ours felt a bit outdated. However, housekeeping was done daily, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience.

The apartment was a good size and located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood just a few meters from Los Gigantes. There was also a good choice of food available.

“Great for family's”

A very nice hotel, clean an staff very friendly. The restaurant was very good and I felt you'd have to be extra fussy not to find someone to eat. It was replenished frequently with a good selection of choice and always being wiped down regularly. The staff in the restaurant were my favourite people, very friendly and attentitive. Housekeeping were good too, I like my bed made when I'm on holiday after all I'm away for a break of household chores! I felt it was definitely a family with young children orientated kind of place. With two large pools one quiet one and one party one was OK for us as we're wanted the quiet one. There isn't a beach nearby it's all jurassic rock and crashing seas. A short walk up some high steps and down some steep hills takes you too the famous black sandy beach. There's a nice walk to the next village with a cut through, don't use Google took us up and down steep hills 25 minutes walk where the cut through only around 15. Few shops and restaurants near by, but we didn't eat at any because we were All Inclusive but enjoyed a few sun downers in various bars overlooking the ocean.

“Great hotel good value for money”

Big clean modern room with bedroom, lounge, shower room & balcony. Very good air conditioning, comfy beds, clean bedding. Kettles can be borrowed from reception. Food at breakfast lunch and dinner was excellent- lots of healthy choices of fruit, veg, chef cooked meats and fish. All mainly hot, some dishes could have been hotter but there is a microwave. Alcohol in restaurant all from taps - San Miguel lager, red wine, white wine, rose and sangria. All drinkable. Hotel is short walk to the seafront promenade and cliffs. You can walk to Los Gigantes or Puerto de Santiago in 15 mins via paths with spectacular views. Nice cocktails available from the other bars. Friendly staff. I would book to go All Inclusive again.
