Everything was wonderful! We received the access code for the smart lock 24 hours before our arrival. We could come straight to the apartment at our own pace, without having to coordinate timings or wait for anyone. The apartment itself was a lovely surprise. It has been freshly painted and you can immediately tell how well it's looked after. Everything feels clean, bright and welcoming. The owner mentioned that the bedroom had recently been soundproofed, and we could really tell. We rested very comfortably and woke up properly refreshed every morning. It's a luminous and very comfortable apartment, with plenty of natural light throughout the day that makes the space feel even more inviting. From the terrace you get beautiful views of the ocean, the pool and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. The location is another big plus: a quiet beach just a few minutes away, the natural pools of Los Gigantes within walking distance, and good restaurants nearby. Communication with Nana and Anna was attentive and quick throughout. A great experience overall. We would happily come back.

We came back to this apartment after our first visit, and we were met with a lovely surprise: the place has been completely renovated, with all the walls freshly painted. You can really tell how much care goes into keeping it impeccable, and it gives the apartment a bright, fresh feel that makes it even more welcoming. One of the things we liked most was the quiet. After the recent renovations in the apartment, the bedroom is so well insulated that you barely hear anything, neither from outside nor from the building itself. We slept beautifully. The terrace is still our favourite spot for a slow morning coffee, overlooking the pool with a glimpse of the ocean beyond. The location is perfect too: the beach just a few minutes away, good restaurants nearby, and the natural pools of Los Gigantes within walking distance. And something that doesn't always get mentioned but truly makes a difference is the weather. Puerto de Santiago is wonderful, it really is a little paradise. The apartment is equipped down to the last detail (spices, coffee, tea, everything you could need to feel at home from the very first moment), and the natural light throughout the day makes the space incredibly pleasant to be in. It worked well for the three of us, with plenty of room to relax together after a day out but also to combine relaxing with a bit of remote work. Communication with Nana was, once again, attentive and quick.

This is already our third stay at Balcón de los Gigantes, and we keep coming back to this apartment for a simple reason: it makes us feel at home from the very first moment. There's something special about returning to a place you already know and finding it just as well-kept, just as warm and welcoming as you remembered. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back before you've even left. The apartment is surprisingly quiet for being in a building. A lot of people had asked us about this before our trip, and we can confirm it: we slept wonderfully, with no noise from outside or from within the building. The smart key box is still one of those details we love. Convenient and so practical, especially when you arrive tired from the journey or with your hands full. The terrace is simply stunning, spacious, with sea views, and we spent our mornings having a slow breakfast out there with no rush. The cleanliness was impeccable, the homely atmosphere made everything feel easy, and communication with the owner was always smooth and attentive. The location remains one of the biggest highlights: a quiet beach just three minutes away, great restaurants nearby, and the natural pools of Los Gigantes within walking distance. A world away from the bustle of the main tourist areas.

We had a really lovely stay at this apartment. Check-in was simple, everything was clean, and the place was fully equipped with all the essentials. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and even the water pressure was great. We also appreciated the warm welcome when we arrived. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The apartment is bright, cozy and has beautiful views, which made us feel right at home. This was our third time staying in the Balcón de los Gigantes building, and this apartment was by far the best one! It’s on the top floor and has beautiful ocean views. The apartment also comes with a parking space and is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay (from kitchen essentials to beach towels, candles, and even a smart lock with code and fingerprint access that is really comfortable to use). Everything was perfectly prepared, and we felt completely at home. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Luckily, this apartment was available that same night, and we were able to book it immediately. It truly saved our trip! The apartment was really clean, perfectly equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness is very important to us when we stay in an apartment, and this one exceeded our expectations. The person who welcomed us was also very kind and helpful. She explained everything clearly and made us feel at home. We enjoyed the pool, which you can access directly by taking the elevator down. The location is also ideal: just a 3-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is just a short 3-minute walk from the beach, and being so close to the ocean made everything feel extra special. The place was even better than we expected: spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. There’s a proper work desk that's way better than in the photos (a real plus if you need to work a bit during your stay), two powerful air conditioners, a super comfy Italian sofa, and a big, cozy bed that guaranteed us great sleep. One of our favorite moments was having a slow, peaceful breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view of the Ocean. The owner was very kind and even let us use the parking spot, which made everything easier. The building also has a nice swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Honestly, we felt at home from the very first moment. Highly recommended. We’d love to come back!

My son and I spent few days at the Balcon de los Gigantes Ocean View appartment in Tenerife. We were impressed by the level of comfort provided. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The apartment was well-equipped: The kitchen was fully stocked, it also had a dishwasher, and the presence of a washing machine was an added convenience, allowing me to keep up with laundry during my stay. Additionally, I must mention that the sofa in the apartment was super comfortable. It provided a cozy spot to lounge after a day of exploring. The terrace was also a standout feature of the apartment. It was incredibly spacious, and my son and I enjoyed having our meals there. The large terrace always provided a delightful setting for dining and enjoying the outdoor ambiance. One standout feature was the ideal work desk provided in the apartment. It was spacious, well-lit, electrically height-adjustable and ergonomically designed, creating a perfect workspace for catching up on emails or working remotely. The reliable Wi-Fi connection further enhanced my productivity. The building was really safe, having cameras in several key locations. The location of the apartment was superb, with numerous supermarkets and services within walking distance. One highlight was the bar conveniently located just outside the apartment complex. They offered a delightful Spanish breakfast with snacks and views to the cliffs de Los Gigantes. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Nina, the laundry woman, and during the checkout, Anna made sure everything went smoothly. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and refreshing water. Their excellent service enhanced our experience at the Los Gigantes apartment, making us feel valued and appreciated throughout our stay. In conclusion, we had an amazing experience at this comfortable and well-equipped tourist apartment in Tenerife. We'll come back!
