“Amazing stay”
We would like to say a big thank you to the staff at the reception in particular for all help and assistant they provided! Thank you to the staff in the restaurant at breakfast and cleaning staff too - for making our week in your hotel so special! ( stayed for a week 12-19 May 2026) We were very impressed with the location of the hotel, the room and comfort; breakfast and presentation were great, the view of the ocean and La Gomera is fantastic. There is a great spot to watch a sunset every night, very good bus connection with the bus stop on your doorstep, Hire a Car office next door too. The Plaza restaurant has the best tuna Atun dish! The Indian restaurant was great too. We look forward to coming back soon.

“This was a fabulous place to stay, with a very welcoming feel in spite of its large size.”
My apartment was large and comfortable – very much so for a single person but would have been fine for two. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. My balcony (on the 7th floor) gave a fabulous view over the sea and the rocky shore. There is a rooftop terrace with even broader views of the coast and mountains. The staff in Reception and the breakfast hall were always friendly and helpful. The lavish breakfast featured a large and diverse and well-topped-up buffet, in a space that was congenial even though it was quite a large hall. Puerto de Santiago is a surprisingly pleasant town, retaining traces of its ancestry as a convoluted fishing village in spite of the dominance of tourism. There are some excellent restaurants, and a fine walk to Los Gigantes largely along paved paths above the shore. If driving, just remember that you can’t drive from the south side (inc. the hotel) to the town centre, so the only way out from the hotel is back to the south!

“Comfortable room at a reasonable price”
The room was very clean, spacious, and had a large balcony. It had everything I need for comfort. I was very pleased with the breakfast, which offered a wide selection of dishes.

Very nice rooms- living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom=lot of space. Design is little old school but as we discovered, the hotel is going through renovation which should be done in November, so definitely reason to come back! Very nice and helpfull staff- I needed something to be printed out and there was no problem with that. THE BEST breakfast selection of all hotels we have been this trip, very good. We also really appreciated that they stored our luggage for couple of hours so we did not have to travel with it! Parking- we thought that it will be very hard to find parking since there is no hotel parking, but there was so many spots available around the hotel that is was not a problem at all.
