Even though we arrived at the apartment late at night, Christian welcomed us warmly and showed us around. The terraces offer a wonderful view of the ocean. The apartment is well-equipped and very clean, we found everything we needed. We’d love to come back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is exceptionally cozy, and having stunning ocean views from both floors was a real treat. I was so impressed by how well-equipped the place is; they’ve thought of everything from cutlery and cleaning supplies to a full rack of spices. A huge plus for families: the master bed is enormously big. We had asked for an extra mattress for our child (which the hosts kindly provided), but the bed was so spacious we ended up comfortably co-sleeping. Communication was a breeze as the hosts were friendly, quick to reply, and communicate very well in English.

“Perfect apartment for relaxing vacation”

Apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults & 3 children. Apartment has roof terrace with awesome view, separate swimming pool for adults & kids and private parking. Location is excellent for relaxing vacation, close to the beach & supermarket, but still very quiet, suits perfectly for those who don't like all the hassle in overcrowded hotels. Host Christian is very nice and responds to messages instantly.

“Clean, comfortable, quiet yet an easy walk from the heart of the action”

This duplex is perfectly located a short and enjoyable walk from the heart of the city and its coastline, with a lovely beach (Playa la Arena) available to enjoy. Not only is the sea clearly visible, but Pico del Teide is also visible regularly as well, which is an added bonus. The property is extremely well equipped, and even features a washing machine on the terrace (trust me, it makes perfect sense to be there). Air conditioning works a charm... in fact, everything worked perfectly. The kitchen is fully stocked and a joy to use, including the very easy to use coffee machine. The hosts were beyond helpful, and extremely accommodating. A genuine pleasure to interact with.

Sunny and bright very clean. Good sunsets and view’s over looking the sea and La Gomera. Good accessibility to patio’s and a lovely big one up stair with awning and sun parasol table and chairs on both. Open windows to get a lovey breeze blowing through the place if to warm. Shutters were good for a good night sleep to make it lovely and dark.

The huge terrace and the balcony! The sea views and sunsets are astonishing and more than we had dared to hope for. Everything very clean and quiet and just like in the pictures. Private garage. Hosts Christian and Maria are very nice and helpful!

The apartment owners were very helpful. Provided all necessary information. Since our departure flight was 5 p.m. We were given a late check out time. We arrived with a car and the hosts provided a free parking space in the house's garage. This is a big advantage. We highly recommend these apartments. The pool is good, the views from the terrace are amazing.

This flat looks exactly like the photos in real life! Light, modern, nicely decorated. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need, from washing machine to hair dryer and coffee capsule machine. Even an iron and board and a small first aid kit. There's furniture for the balcony and terrace, a drying rack for your swim gear and washing. When I arrived everything was squeaky clean. The mattress on the bed is very firm. There are cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, even tabs for the dishwasher. Christian and Maria, the caretakers, were super fast in contacting me after I first booked and always answered any question very quickly, too. They were absolutely reliable in handing over and picking back up the keys to the flat. The views are lovely, especially from the upper terrace. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance. The location is ideal for exploring the West, North, and South coasts of the island, as well as the middle. The parking space in the garage and also next to the building is very handy!
