We loved everything! Occasionally you arrive at a hotel and just know it’s going to be fabulous and as soon as we set foot in this piece of paradise we knew it was special. The owners Pepe and Frauke are delightful, kind, knowledgeable, professional, funny….nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is beautiful with flowering shrubs, cicadas, manicured lawns, lovely pool and gorgeous views down to the sea. Our room was perfect with balcony and large bathroom. Staff are all very kind and always smiling. Restaurant also wonderful. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. A few tips: take the ferry to Formentera for white sandy beaches and turquoise water (take passports and driving licence in order to hire a moped or car), while you’re there, have lunch at Juan Y Andrea, Back in Ibiza have a sunset dinner at the Eden restaurant at Hacienda. Oh and the best seafood restaurant in Ibiza is in the little village below the hotel. We are looking forward to returning, thank you.

It’s just one of the most beautiful places, and absolutely perfect for quiet relaxation and chilling out, or as a base to explore the more relaxed side of Ibiza. Frauke and Pepe are the perfect hosts, as usual. I’ve never relaxed anywhere more quickly and better than here. Can’t wait to find time to come again.

We loved Rural Can Maries and will definitely return to this beautiful corner of Ibiza. It boasts a beautiful location with far reaching views to the sea, a wonderful swimming pool set in beautifully maintained gardens. Or bedroom was large with a lovely terrace with sea views and an excellent large walk in shower. The host and hostess were incredibly helpful and charming and we will be coming back!
