Very clean and well kitted apartment. Fantastic location for restaurants, shops and beach. Little balcony on first floor and larger balcony on 2nd floor which got the sun in the morning.

This townhouse was in a great location. It was spotless. It was really well appointed. We found everything we needed. The host was very helpful. We had a nice view of the sea from the top balcony and we had sun there into the early evening. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great with lots of hot water. The beach was lovely and only a few minutes walk. Lots of shops and restaurants very close.

The property was well located right in the heart of beautiful Puerto de Mogan. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts communicated well and were quick to respond to any questions. They were extremely helpful when we had a slight problem.

The Palm House, was exceptionally clean & well equipped. Perfectly located, short walk to the beach, little Venice, Shops & restaurant's, although we were close to the centre, it was still quiet. We had the opportunity to meet the host's, who made every effort to make our stay as pleasurable as possible.

The house was centrally located but still quiet. It was very well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches and instructions for everything. It was Xmas and the hosts left us a card, wine and chocolates. They also provided water, beach towels and other essential items. I found them very generous and helpful, quick to respond to messages.

The Palm House is a fabulous property, immaculately presented with everything you could possibly need. Great position right by the beach and marina and close to a wide choice of lovely restaurants. The hosts attention to detail was faultless and the welcome basket of fruit and bottles of water were a lovely touch too. Would highly recommend this property.

A very beautiful property, in the heart of Puerto de Mogán. The property had been renovated to a very high standard and was a pleasure to spend time at the property (I usually don’t spend much time indoors when on holidays). The living room was a pleasure to spend time in with a large open space and high end appliances in the kitchen. We spent each day on the balcony talking and drinking before going out for dinner (just minutes away from the property us the beautiful harbour with many restaurants) and used both the smaller balcony by the living room and the bigger balcony on the top floor. The property was spotless and the cleaned to such a high standard that we were wondering whether we were the first guests to stay here after the renovation (turns out we were not!). Would highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning.

“Perfect Holiday Escape”

The location was amazing, Puerto de Mogán beach was only a 1 minute walk and we swam every morning and walked back to the apartment in our towels after. There is a great Pizzaria at the front door but the location is still quiet and there are no issues with noise. Mette and Herman are great hosts and had a fruit basket for us on arrival. The house was spotless and there is bug spray in every room in case a window is left open to let them in. The beds are comfortable and we slept well every night, and the roof terrace is excellent with a beautiful view of sunrise and sun all day. Parking is not provided with the property but is not an issue, the white parking spots through the end of the town are free, except from Thursday night at 12am to Friday at 5pm for the market - in which case there is a large amount of free parking near the superdino market nit far way on the entrance to town. We looked at locations along the marina, and also on the beach front and we are certain that this house is the best location in the area. We will be coming back again for sure!
