The terrace is what has brought us back 4 times. Plus there is parking, close to the beach & pretty much everything we need to have a quiet week away is on hand.

Superb central location, near enough to all the restaurants and walkable to everywhere, but it was still relatively quiet of an evening. We liked the clear instructions on arrival, and appreciated the low level of contact with the owner, we were just left to our holiday which was ideal for us. The apartment has a lovely terrace with sun all day long, and Puerto Mogan as a destination is absolutely beautiful, so quiet and relaxed with a ridiculous amount of restaurants to choose from for each evening.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Puerto de Mogán. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable and just right for what we were looking for. The apartment itself was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The big smart TV was a real bonus – perfect for winding down with a film in the evenings after exploring the area. One of the highlights was the massive balcony. It gave us plenty of room to sit outside, enjoy the sunshine, and relax without ever feeling cramped. The bedrooms were really comfortable, and we slept so well thanks to the cosy beds and the electric shutters, which were brilliant for keeping out the early morning light. Having the underground car park with a designated space was incredibly convenient – no stress about finding a spot or someone else taking it. Communication with Raúl was excellent throughout; he was always easy to reach and very helpful whenever we had a question. We also really appreciated having two sets of keys, which made things much more flexible for us. The location couldn’t have been better – all the amenities, shops, and restaurants were just minutes away on foot, yet the apartment still felt private and peaceful. Overall, this place ticked all the boxes for us. Comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located – we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto de Mogán.

Love the terrace. It’s the terrace which makes us come back again. This was our 3rd stay in the apartment. Check in is easy, the shower is good & the beds are very comfortable. The bedrooms are very clean & there are plenty of cupboards for storage.

Perfect location in the heart of Mogán. Helpful host sent excellent instructions for self check in which was very easy. Lovely large balcony. End of March it got sun from 8:10am until 6ish so great if you’re wanting to sunbathe. 4 outdoor loungers, large table and chairs set, sofa and chairs set. Comfortable double bed. Aircon good. Need to fix the internal fridge door and provide more toilet roll. I don’t think any coal was provided for the BBQ but you have the well stocked Spar supermarket a minute walk away (loads of meat options although I couldn’t find a single vegetarian burger). Also the toilet seat is very small and super uncomfortable (never had this problem before but it was very noticeable). These are minor points and would definitely book to return again. Overall it’s just a fantastic place to stay! Thank you!

Amazing property and surpassed my expectations. In a fantastic location one block behind the beach and amongst the shops though it was so quiet. The balcony was HUGE and got the sun all day and perfect even if you just wanted to stay there all day. Four sunloungers a lovely patio set, dining table and a BBQ. Fantastically stocked Spar just around the corner if you didn’t want to go out and restaurants and shops just seconds away. Apartment inside was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Instructions on how to get into the property were perfect and there is a car parking space if you have a car. I would highly recommend you stay here it was PERFECT! Oh and do buy some food for the doves that come and visit 😄

This was our second visit to the apartment. It has a lovely big south facing terrace. The furniture on the terrace is fairly basic but adequate. The interior is comfortable & the parking area under the block useful.

Central location, very helpful host. Car parking in the building. Brilliant location for us, lots of great restaurants & a lovely beach. Very relaxed atmosphere. - no loud bars . Not a place to take teenage kids!

My husband is disabled and we hired a mobility scooter and the access was easy through the garage into the lift and up to the second floor. The apartment has a large terrace which gets the sun all day which is great. The iron wasn't working and it was replaced on the same day without any bother.

“Excellent location”

We know Mogan very well so we knew the location of the apartment, which is why we booked it. It has underground parking which is a real bonus as parking in Mogan is always at a premium. The apartment has a wrap around balcony, so you are able to enjoy the weather at any time of the day. There are sunshades and shutters should you need them, but we didn't. The weather was very good with ambient temperatures for the time of year. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher which is always a bonus on holiday!!

“Great relaxing holiday”

The terrace is spacious and perfectly located to catch all the sun through the day. Great cooking facilities and plenty of pans/crockery/cutlery. Location is perfect, close to the beach and facilities but no restaurant or bar noise.
