Amazing view of the harbour and the beach. Lovely clean, spacious and modern accommodation. Private terrace was perfect for sunbathing and to have lunch. Everything we needed was provided, and the fresh out of the oven cake delivered mid week by the owner was such a lovely touch! There are a lot of steps to the apartment, but it’s totally worth it.

This is a great property to rent for your holiday. It is modern, clean and has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is large and has a fantastic view over the beach and harbour. I would have no hesitation in recommending or staying here again.

This was a great place to stay, the apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. The large terrace was a nice place to relax and admire the amazing view over the town and harbour. The apartment is in a quiet area reached by a lot of steps – we left the car in the underground town car park which is about 5 mins walk away.

The apartment was very well equipped, we had everything we needed - cooked 5 nights out of 7 - including a huge paella! We enjoy shopping and cooking abroad, eating on the terrace or indoors was equally fantastic, you're just in awe of your surroundings the whole time. Bathroom was spacious, shower brilliant. There are bath towels and beach towels provided, there is also use of a beach chair and brolly. We said if we got bored we would catch the bus somewhere, but we didnt get bored and in fact could have stayed longer! We also took the bus from the airport both ways, 6.80 euros each per journey, the busses are 1 an hour and a great way of seeing that stretch of the island.

We loved our stay at Casa Nicolas y Pino and hope to return in the near future. The location was great, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and marina. Whilst the property is a short, slightly steep walk up a few steps, the apartment boasts a panoramic view of the beautiful town of Puerto Mogan. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with plenty of towels, sun loungers and cooking utensils. Our hosts were very friendly and Rosa even made us a delicious cake during our stay! We can’t wait to stay again.

The apartment was modern, very clean and very well situated on the side of the hill with fantastic views over the harbour and beach. It was very quiet and was less than a 10 minute walk to the harbour, beach and large Spa shop. There were over 100 steps to reach the apartment from street level (there are no roads) but that was fine for us. The owner lives below and is very friendly and baked a very lovely cake which was still warm when she bought it to us.

“Perfect apartment”

A wonderfully located, clean, perfect apartment overlooking beautiful Puerto de Mogan. The terrace is amazing and has sunloungers which catch the sun all day. Plenty of utensils to cook should you choose to. Rosa too was very responsive. Pino, the neighbour who lives below even made us a cake during our stay. We will be back, for sure!

There are quite of stairs to climb to reach the apartment. Once there, the rewards are spectacular views from every room over the bay and harbour, and a large balcony to savour them. The apartment is spacious, with a nice kitchen and lovely bathroom, and all well equipped. We loved it.

“Great apartment for a relaxing stay”

Lovely well designed apartment, ideal for a couple. The private terrace is really nice with wonderful views across Playa Mogan and down the coast. It's very easy to spend time there just nipping down to the village and beach etc.

The facilities in the apartment together with the views were exceptional and far exceeded all our expectations
