“Wonderful stay. Didn’t want to come home”

Loved our stay here. It is exceptionally clean, and comfortable with excellent new bed and memory foam mattress topper Im the main bedroom. Everything is in pristine condition. The appartement is very roomy and has a wonderful balcony with great views for breakfast in the sunshine and drinks In the afternoon. Location is 10 out of 10. Everything is minutes away, the marina, beach, restaurants, market and shops. Even the steps up to the property weren’t a problem for us, there is a few of them but they’re not steep and pretty easy. However I would say probably not an ideal choice for anyone with any kind of mobility/respiratory/angina issues. There’s a lovely elderly couple who live in the flat beneath and I wondered how they manage to get up and down them.

I booked this apartment for the terrace with view and I was not disappointed - Puerto de Mogan is amazing. The host was very nice and helpful. Free parking included at a near underground parking.

Exceptional place and views from the terrace. The property is located in the local neighborhood of Puerto Mogan close to the mirador. I would recommend if you are seeking peace and away from the crowded parts of the island. We didn’t mind the stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a washing machine. The main bedroom has a/c and the twin room a fan, although we rarely used the air conditioning.

An incredibly well appointed apartment. Beds are comfortable, it's spacious, it has excellent self catering facilities, three view is amazing and it's in a perfect location. We extended our stay because it was so good.

“Fabulous 4 week stay.”

We have just spent 4 weeks at casa Kevin and I can't recommend it enough. It was fabulous. It had everything you could possibly need. I have never ever stayed in a self-catering accommodation so well supplied with all that you need. It was home from home. Anna came weekly to clean and left it spotless. Hospitality was superb. Loved it. We were welcomed with a huge bowl of fruit, cake, biscuits, wine etc. Didn't want to leave.

The location is perfect and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Watching the sunset every day was spectacular and sunshine all day. you could just stay there all day as the awning gave a good shade. The host is just the most helpful one we have ever met and the welcome fruit bowl and a bottle of wine so thoughtfull. Everything was provided, from toilette paper and towels to fully equipped kitchen. A real gem with a super host.

Great location, easy access to shops and restaurants, well equipped kitchen, lovely to have fruit and wine left by the host, sunny balcony catching sun from sunrise to sunset. Having complimentary parking in the town's main car park was a real bonus.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Both sunrise and sunsets are very enjoyable from the balcony, particularly the sunset is spectacular. The location couldn’t possibly be any better. The owners are super helpful and very nice. This is truly a great value for money accommodation in Puerto de Mogán.

The host was very responsive and helpful. We experienced a couple of minor issues and the host dealt with them very promptly without any hassle.

Central location. Great facilities. Plenty of supplies (e.g kitchen paper, cleaning clothes, towels, fruit, wine, etc) Clearly the owners set out to ensure their guests have an enjoyable stay. The view out over the harbour area and outwards to the sea. from the sun balcony, is breathtaking.

“A perfect apartment in the hearr of Puerto De Mogan! Must book!”

The property is absolutely perfect! The location as you can see from the pictures is right in the heart of Puerto De Mogan- with easy access to many bars and restaurants. The property itself was immaculate with all the facilities needed to feel like it was your own home. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans and utensils which made cooking meals extremely easy. The bathroom had a shower with great temperatures and pressure. There were ample amounts of towels. The living room has 2 big sofas as well as a TV with channels as well as Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney Plus (of course you must have your subscription). The balcony has a table and chairs, which is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. There are also 2 sun loungers where you can enjoy sun from about 11am all the way to 5pm. The balcony is very private. The bed was one of the nicest parts of the apartment and great to come back to after a long day. The mattress was just perfect! The wardrobes have plenty of space to hang all of your clothes and other items. The best part of the trip was the perfect communication from the host Ana and also Rita. Our flight landed late and they were so accommodating with checking us in at a late time. I will definitely recommend this apartment and hopefully be back soon myself!

“Lovely unique appartment, great location, with a fantastic view from the terrace.”

We very much enjoyed our week at Casa Kevin. Ana (the owner) met us on arrival at the street below: the steps and passageways up to the appartment are a little bit of a maze! The entrance hall leads to the moden bathroom (shower, toilet, basin) then the fully equipped kitchen. From there to the lovely airy and shady living room, a welcome respite (when needed) from the heat of the day. Then the spacious and comfortable main bedroom (with air conditioning, though we didn't need it in May). Another short hallway to the second bedroom (we were just a couple, so we just used it to store our bags) then the highlight of the appartment, the terrace: overlooking the street, the "Little Venice" area, the harbour, and the ocean. We spent many hours at the table and chairs there, just watching the world go by. (There are also sun loungers, if you want). All spotlessly clean. If you want somewhere much more interesting than the many "battery chicken" new appartment blocks (built inland), and a fantastic location and view, we thoroughly recommend Casa Kevin.

“Superb apartment with a magnificent view!”

The location is as central as it could be. Incredible view from the balcony and sun till afternoon. Apartment had everything you need for the holiday, even beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The beds were so comfortable! And the place was quiet. Extra bonus was the free parking is the garage, since we used the rental car a lot.
