We all loved the property as it was so clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need. The location of the property is excellent, as it is a short 5 min down to the town.

Apartment was in a great location close to supermarkets and restaurants. Everything in Puerto de mogan was within easy walking distance. Apartment had everything we needed for our week’s holiday. We will definitely return

Roof top pool was our little spot of heaven. Being greeted in person, and shown round the property upon arrival, even though it was late at night, made us feel valued and the water and welcome bowel was much appreciated. Perfect location.

Nice spacious apartment for the 2 of us. Well appointed apartment. Usually you need to buy the odd things like toilet roll, bin bags etc. not this time everything there. Only a few minutes walk down to the town and port. Alvaro the contact was great, very helpful and accommodating. 😊

Apartment has everything you need, it's very clean, location is perfect for beach, restaurants, etc, great balcony where the sun shines first thing in the morning. Beds are very comfortable, great to have 2 bathrooms with showers, lots of towels including beach /pool towels. Alvaro contacted to organise cleaning of the apartment including towels and bed linen change. Good wifi available. We will definitely return to this apartment.

Comfortable, quiet, well equipped apartment, five minutes walk to the marina and beach in lovely Puerto Mogan. Two bedrooms, one en-suite, are very comfortable. Linens and towels were changed half way through our 10 day stay. Kitchen was well enough equipped to allow us to cook most nights (local vegetarian options are the usual fare - pizza, pasta or curry; all of which we tried and were ok, but we preferred to cook).Two very good supermarkets (Spar and Super Dino) both five minutes walk away. Parking is available at the apartment but the underground parking space is difficult to get a medium or large car into without a lot of skill and practice. But there is a large free car park on the other side of the road so we parked there. Arrival was very professionally handled with good contact before we arrived via WhatsApp. The lift makes access easy (apartment is on first floor). The open air pool on the top floor is small but pleasant and warm (it's heated). There's a large terrace with sun beds and parasols, usually very quiet. The apartment balcony fronts onto the road and is a little bit noisy during the day when buses are coming and going. It didn't bother us but isn't serene. Inside, with the doors shut, you can't hear the road as noise insulation is excellent. We're really pleased with this choice of apartment and happily recommend it.

Apartment was spacious and clean. On the correct side of the valley to get the sun from 9am. Balcony was big. All required cooking equipment etc provided. Bathrooms sparkly and good.. pool heated and a good swimming temperature. Good views from the roof terrace. Pool was quiet for swimming and large terrace with plenty of sun beds but lacked atmosphere

That Alvaro arranged our transfers with a very impressive company. Alvaro was very helpful to us. We had a late checkout and he let us stay untill 6pm. That was such a nice thing to do. Made our trip even better. We were close to everything and 5 minutes to all amenities. Loved Mogan.

Excellent weather, apartment fab. Nice balcony with awning. Good views. Lots of kitchen equipment as we do mostly self catering. Owner also owns Asia House which is a fab place for dinner

Great roof terrace with pool. Almost no people there. Felt like we had the whole pool to ourselves. Comfortable beds and spaces apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Will definitely come back.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. With good quality bedding and lots of towels. There was a the added bonus of a quiet rooftop sun terrace and good heated swimming pool.

Great property, spacious for two persons and would certainly be comfortable for 4. We loved the large outdoor terrace, and the rooftop pool and uncrowded surrounding sun bathing area with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas was a real boon. Its very well located for a walk down to the beach and harbour and the many restaurants of Puerto de Mogan. We were well looked after by Alvaro.
