The host was very friendly - Ana was waiting for us to give a keys. Location is perfect- it's right at the beach. Mogan is a very beautiful city.

“Attractive, comfortable, clean and excellent location”
Excellent location - step out of main front door straight onto sea front walkway with shops, bars, restaurants and a view of the ocean and beach. The pretty harbour with restaurants, bars and a few shops is a 5-10 minute walk away. The small ferry departs from the harbour to Puerto Rico (extremely touristy) and other resorts. Advisable to get a taxi from the harbour up the hill to the main commercial centre of Puerto Rico - much too far to walk. The communal stairways and lift are smart and clean. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, washing machine etc, with its own front door. The private balcony has a good-size table and chairs and a more cosy sitting area too. There is also an inside dining table and chairs. The sandy beach and the horse-shoe bay are immediately outside the apartment block beyond the walkway. The Atlantic Ocean is calm and clean and is shallow enough, initially, for children. There is a cheap, excellent sun bed and parasol service - get there by 9:45 am for your pick of beds. The bus services are frequent and very cheap - the 91 from Las Palmas Airport into Puerto Mogan bus station was excellent - and taxis are reasonably priced too.

“Good but disappointed as above”
We liked the apartment but were surprised to be told we’d be charged for parking and the WiFi did not work at all.. balcony in shade were downsides
