“Wonderful apartment, great location, best Canary island”

Loved the apartment! What you get - first floor apartment (there is a lift), access to underground parking (if you want it - small extra fee), well fitted kitchen (what I would call a "classic holiday let kitchen" - just enough), comfortable lounge with big TV (didn't use it), lovely balcony with plenty of room and sun all day, good sized master bedroom with huge and comfy bed plus a twin room. There is also access to the roof but we didn't use it at all as we had everything we needed down in the apartment. And then there is the location - you are right on the front with wonderful views of the beach and easy access to beach front restaurants. The harbour area is a short 5 minute stroll away which is where we did most of our dining out. Whilst we were there the boiler broke. Stuff like this happens, its just one of those things but the key is "how does the host react"...Dani got someone out same day and it was sorted by the afternoon. Amazing service. Thank you so much! As for Puerto de Mogan itself - absolutely lovely little town, everything is right there on your doorstep, no need to go anywhere else if you don't want to, plenty of great restaurants. Fairly low key night life which is a positive as far as I'm concerned - plenty of other places on the the island if you want the party life style. Note that we were there at the end of April into early May. News to me that this is a less busy period and one or two restaurants were closing for May/June. Not a problem but worth knowing about if you're going at this time of year. Finally, we hired a car for a couple of days as it was our first time on the island. OMG the interior of the island is incredible. If you've not been before I highly recommend hiring a car.

Location is absolutely amazing. From the balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee while seing the sunrise over the cliffs. You are right on the beach and can jump in the water in two minutes from leaving the apartment. And you get to enjoy the sunset over the harbour from the balcony. So beautiful! Kitchen has all you need to cook a few meals and you have lots of great restaurants close by.

The view of the beach and pretty resort from the large terrace made this lovely apartment really special. It was particularly well equipped for self catering with an oven and dishwasher. The mattresses were very comfortable.

Lovelh apartment. The balcony is perfect. Very spacious. Sheltered from any winds & view was perfect. The beds are very comfy. Every appliance you need in the kitchen. Basics supplied - cleaning supplies, washing up liquid, sponge, cloths. shampoo/shower gel, toilet roll etc. There were two beach chairs & umbrella & beach items available in the balcony storage. We arrived at 10pm and were met by Dani who was lovely, showed us round, supplied 2 large bottles of water & some biscuits for us which we really appreciated as al the shops were closed. He was on hand if we needed anything at all. Lovely apartment, we had all we needed. Location is great, right on beach close to shops/restaurants. Rooftop solarium was a bonus and always had it to myself. Lift perfect for my mother's wheelchair and the whole place was spotless. I've stayed in a few different apartments in puerto de mogan, two of which were Amarre apartments. Both lovely, both times supplied extras (which really makes a difference) & both times had a very helpful on hand representative. I would highly recommend Amarre apartments, they are high standard & spotless!!

“Fabulours location and views”

The location, the balcony and the view were exceptional. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms. While we were there the electric boiler for the hot water exploded. The boiler was replaced within an hour or so and the cleaning up was handled quickly and efficiently by the host so it did not impact our holiday at all.

Fabulous spacious apartment ideally situated for the beach, restaurants and the town. A welcoming host greets you on arrival where you are out at rest. Nice extras like a bowl of fresh fruit and a good bottle of water to get you started.

The host, Danny, was fantastic, super friendly, and helped us with everything. There was a bit of flooding due to the tropical storm on Gran Canaria, and he went out of his way to get us what we needed.

The apartment was lovely, bright, and clean with an amazing view over the beach area of Mogan. The best bit was the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.
