“Best host on planet earth”

Pepe is the best host on planet earth. If there is a problem, there is a solution solved very quickly and passionately by Pepe. He treats every guests like VIP and I will come back just to visit Pepe. It’s a family run place, whereby everyone is so helpful in making your stay the best. My husband and I both had a great stay, the room is always cleaned, we always get our wish and let’s not forget Pepe’s chocolate. Probably the best on the Galapagos. Organically grown.

Pepe is such an amazing host! He helped us with everything during our stay. We visited the highlands, he can help you with booking a 360 tour, we could borrow snorkels, but most of all we liked his hospitality! The location is great, it is very clean, and we were happy to use the kitchen every night. Couldn’t recommend this place more, absolute gem!

“Home away from home!”

We are traveling since 7 months and never did we meet such a lovely and welcoming guide like Pepe! He makes sure, that you feel like home immediately! The garden and the house are really cozy and invite you to take a rest. The rooms get cleaned every day. Pepe even organized a music evening for the guests and brought wine and homemade candy’s while he played for us! He also helps with organizing tours for a really good price (360 was cheaper than anywhere else!) and gives snorkel equipment to rent! It’s a bit out of town, what we really appreciated. But within 5-10min. if walk you are at the great beaches and in the center! Thank you Pepe for everything!

A cute place with a very lovely garden, out of town centre so it is fairly quiet and still close to everything. Pepe the host was amazing! Such an interesting character, always willing to help and share information.

“Favourite Galapagos stay”

I loved my stay here, best place I stayed on the Galapagos and would love to go back! Pepe the host was amazing, helped organise tours and even took me into the centre. It’s a lovely property, everything was super clean and well organised, bedroom cleaned daily, close to beach and all you needed. Would 100% go back and also recommend anyone to stay here

“Excellent price/value, will go again”

Pepe is the best, extremely friendly and will help you with everything. This time there was even a box full of bananas we could eat everyday. Our single bed was a bit softer then the double, which I preferred better. The garden is super cosy, to go have your breakfast or just relax in the hammocks if you want to. Very beautiful place. It's a calm environment and still close to everything (max 10min to the centre via a lot of sealions if you choose the right pad :) ) and very close to Playa Mann, Punta Carola and Tijiretas. Hot water, good wifi, a lot of place to dry clothes outside, a good kitchen and daily cleaning. Our room was spacious. Pepe also offers tours. So everything you want, Pepe offers. I spent 3 nights here six years ago and this time we spent 7 nights and hopefully we can go back to Pepe in the (near) future.

Spacious room, free bananas, water dispenser in the room, very friendly host family, the brother of the host organised tours and the ferry ticket for me, great WiFi connection

The manager is very friendly, helpful and responded to all our requests and questions. We will surelycome here again, if we have a chance to come back to this town.

It was so homely there, and we loved the outside space. Pepe, and his wife were so kind and so helpful with anything we needed. Pepe got us a lead into the most amazing Espanola tour on a really great boat and at a good price. We wouldn't have known about this without his help. We stayed for 10 nights, and then came back again for another 6 nights, as it just felt like home. We will always remember our time at Palma del mar 2, and can't thank Pepe and his family enough for their kindness.

Pepe is an excellent host, his place feeling more like a meticulously clean homestay. He can arrange excursions at unbeatable prices and the nearby restaurant opposite the church uphill is maybe the best on Galapagos.

Great place - comfy rooms, good air on and good kitchen. Pepe, the host, is amazing! He helps with anything and everything!

The host is sweet and ready to help. The room was clean and the shower good. It has a kitchen and free drinking water.
