“Absolutely wonderful”
The staff was amazing - major shoutout to Gaby. The hotel was beautiful. With a cancelled flight and a lot of lost money, Casa de Nelly completely saved our San Cristobal experience.

“Basic no frills, overpriced for what it is”
AC worked, wasn't standout but functional, however it dripped water on the bed. The shower had both shampoo and conditioner. Location is convenient, short walk to anything you could need and being the Galapagos everything was safe.

“Excellent”
Gabby was so very helpful. She went way above her job title. She booked tours and ferries for us. She really helped us. Roberta was great as well. They both spoke English.

Hostel is really near to beach, harbor and center of city. Air conditioning is there. Very comfortable bed. Servis was helpfull, they handled our tours and taxi to and from airport :)

“An amazing stay!”
Rooms were very spacious and clean, the staff were incredibly helpful and Gabi went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had a wonderful time at Casa de Nelly!! It is perfect location between town centre and easy access to the beaches.

“Great value for money, outstanding staff and great location.”
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We stayed 6 nights. Gaby, who runs it helped us book tours and all our ferries (ahead of time) and helped us with everything we asked for - she’s a legend and so welcoming. It was clean, has great sea breezes and views, the wifi was excellent, and they provide tea/coffee/filtered water. Great value for money. The location was good too because you’re a 5 min walk from the centre but not in the hustle and bustle.
