Very nice and chill accommodation and also very affordable with everything you need for a stay on Santa Cruz without killing your bank account. Air con, towels, free water, nice roof top, very nice and well equipped kitchen and very nice staff!

The host was nice and friendly, accommodation was suitable, rooms are quite basic but we didn't need much as we spent the majority of our day outside anyways.

“Find a different option”

Probably the worst experience I ever had booking with booking.com. The day of the reservation, my card got blocked by my bank because of the sketchy payment platform they used. I contacted them and told them that I got my card unblocked and that I also had 3 different options for payment they could try. They refused to hear it and became very hostile and decided I had to pay by cash with a 20% extra fee, I refused and they said they would cancel my reservation if I did not pay the extra charge, because of their delayed response this happened at 5P.M on the day of my reservation threatening to leave us without accomodation. They finally gave us a second option, they would accept my card but charge me 5% extra without any reason, when I checked they actually charged 9.5% more without telling me. The wifi never worked and multiple times the water became cold during our showers. Also they have chickens with chicks that made noise all night making it impossible to sleep. Would highly advise to choose a different option, it's not worth it.

Pretty decent, nice beds / room, 3 single bed dorm, clean place, friendly staff, basic but usable kitchen, 2 hobs. Nice they have bikes you can use.

While being a small lodge, it is well maintained and very clean . The staff is very friendly and there are soap and toilet paper It is some 10 min.walk from the centre but there are stored and restaurants nearby

The host is really nice and helpful. The room was very nice, clean (cleaned daily), comfortable beds. The shared room has it's very own kithen.

Everything was good: spacious room, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, a bit far from the center but not too far, very nice and helpful stuff.

It is a spacious but relatively old apartment that is, however, well maintained and cleaned. The area is not-so-well-looking, but is seems to be very safe.

Easy early checkin. Supermarket on next corner. Short walk to eat street and port so happy with the location. Natalie was great; helpful when I sprained my ankle. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment had all we needed. Thank you.

Nice apartment two bedrooms two bathrooms with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Serviced everyday with clean towels and drinking water helpful host organised us a taxi from the airport

Location was very good. About 15 min walk from ferry terminal. 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms. Quite a big room for 6 people although we were only 3. Close to restaurants etc.
