The location was excellent — close to the city centre and the pier, with a beautiful view of the bay and the boats. There was also a shared kitchen area where guests could prepare their own food if needed. The 24-hour reception was very convenient, and Carlos was extremely friendly, always ready to help. He helped us arrange laundry service and call taxis when needed. The weather outside was very hot, but the room had air conditioning, which made our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony and the pleasant view from the windows.

One small recommendation would be to start breakfast an hour earlier, as it would be more convenient for guests going on early tours or taking speedboats to other islands. This did not affect our overall rating, but could make the experience even better.

We are a group of 5 and we cannot thank Carlos enough for his incredible help. Our luggage was lost since our Amsterdam-Quito flight and didn't arrive for 6 days. While the airline was completely unhelpful, Carlos took our problem personally. Thanks to his dedication and local contacts at the airport, he managed to track down and secure our bags at Baltra airport just in time for our return to the mainland.Beyond this amazing support, the hotel is excellent—perfectly located in Puerto Ayora, very clean, and serves a great breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything, but it is the humanity and professionalism of Carlos that truly stand out. A well-deserved 10/10!

Great for the price we paid. We only stayed one night and it had a very good price. When I wanted to book the same hotel for two more nights later, the price was more than double for one night! The staff are very very nice and kind people.

I stayed in the hotel’s annexe suite, which was excellent. The interior was exceptionally clean and surprisingly modern. The basic breakfast was decent, and the owner was very friendly and informative throughout my stay.
