“A relaxed, comfortable and welcoming stay!”

On arrival we were made to feel so welcome, even asked if we preferred a matrimonial or two 'single' beds which were both double plus beds. Breakfasts were wonderful, with many variations, the coffee delicious. Patty, the owner, was so helpful, providing information on places to visit and arranging our taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. Without doubt, we will be returning soon.

Patty was extremely helpful with everything including booking trips. The place was immaculately clean and the room was serviced daily. Breakfast was excellent. Room was large and it was nice to have room to properly unpack. The location is about 10 mins walk to front which sometimes we walked and sometimes we paid the standard $2 taxi.. it was an easy walk with plenty of shops and places to eat along the way. I would without doubt recommend Patty house to anyone coming to Galapagos

“Charming place in great location”

Ideally situated- about a 10-15 min walk to all local attractions and restaurants. Staff at the hotel were really helpful and very friendly at all times. When we first arrived there was a couple of small issues with the AC but this was sorted within minutes. Breakfast was good every morning with a different juice to try each day.

We originally booked 3 nights and ended up staying 6 nights at Pattys house because we felt so at home and comfortable here. It was a pleasure to be greeted by Patty and her husband daily both in the reception area and in the rooftop terrace for a delicious breakfast each morning! 😀 Bedrooms were exceptionally spacious, huge bed & really clean. This has been one of our favourite accommodations in South America so far! Thank you for everything! 😊

Very clean and new looking. Big bathroom with a properly working shower. Staff was helpful. Room has a lot of space and there is also a nice sitting area.

Don’t be fooled by ‘hostal’. This is definitely a lovely hotel. Room was great and it is in a good location just away from the main area.

My room at Pattys House was very clean with a lovely big bathroom. They offer breakfast for $5 which was good. Just a short walk, 10 minutes to the main area of restaurants and bars. Patty and her husband were lovely and kind. Always smiling. They also help to book trips. Thank you.

“Great value for money”

Patty's place is very nice and clean. We have our own apartment, the bedroom is separated from the living room, handy for both of us to work at the same time. Kitchen is pretty well-equipped so we can cook something simple. The cleaning lady is doing a good job too but we usually ask for the clean every two or three days. The pool is not big but really nice after a roasting sunny day of hike or tour. The location is about 20 minutes walk to the malecon or free bikes or taxi for 2 dollars. There are many supermarkets and local restaurants nearby, much cheaper than the central tourist areas. Delicious lunch menu for 4 dollars in the restaurant opposite to the supermarket. Patty can do laundry as well, very quick and with reasonable price. The tours and ferry tickets she booked for us also with great value for money. All the staff and family are very friendly and helpful. In general we had a very nice stay.

Patty and her husband are great hosts. Warmly recommended.
