Really clean and comfortable in a great location. Fantastic value for money. The outdoor seating area was very comfortable. Easy to get $2 taxi back when it rains.

Beautiful property, felt like a sanctuary with lots of lovely flowers and other plants in the courtyard. Owner and her son were always available and were very happy to assist with any enquiry or request. Room was great, very modern, great wifi and one of the best showers I’ve experienced so far in South America.

We enjoyed our lovely, spacious apartment which was a short pleasant walk to town. The setting was peaceful and quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well equiped. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. A wonderful base for our time in Santa Cruz.

Patricia the owner was lovely and very helpful. We were able to check in early when arriving on the morning ferry which was helpful. The location was okay not as close as we thought but walkable.

“Perfect place to stay”

Everything was perfect during our week-long stay with our family. Patricia helped us by providing contact details for transportation from the airport to the hotel. The driver, Vicente was very nice and recommended many great places to visit. When our flight was changed and we needed to call the airline but didn’t have a phone, Patricia kindly borrowed us hers. The location of the place was convenient, close to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was well-equipped, and has good Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all the rooms.

Whilst the apartment isn’t maybe the most modern it had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable and quiet. It’s a large flat and very well appointed and has a massive and comfortable bed, we really enjoyed our stay here. The host lovely and very helpful as well..

Very helpful hostess; clean, comfortable and suited our needs for a one night stay before embarking on a cruise.

Fulfilled my expectation. Clean, spacious and in calm area, but walking distance from the city center/harbor. Host very kind and helpful.

The apartement was big with a lot of space and very convenient. the location was pefect and the host was extremely acomodating and nice. i would stay again if i could!
