“Lovely hotel, small and cosy, warm and kind staff”

They were so kind to us, they left a nice gift 🎁 when we told them we were on our honeymoon. The hotel os well located and clean, room service daily of course and breakfast but we didn't try it because we wanted to sleep in everyday. We later found out they also offer to take it to your room! They also provided lift from and to airport included in the price which is very rare as most hotels want to charge over 50 for it. Very happy we found this hotel last minutes as our previous booking got cancelled a day before travelling. Also they have a coffee dispenser open 24/7 so you can have coffee anytime my husband was very happy about.

“Very good place to stay in Puerto Ayora”

The hotel including our room was very clean. The crew is extremely friendly and offer a helping hand whenever required. It is located very quietly hence no noise during our stay. Every is reachable in 5 minutes e.g. Habour for day tours, supermarkets, restaurants. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel while traveling solo. The location is excellent, and because the hotel has only a small number of rooms, it feels very private and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. Room was beautiful, comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The swimming pool area is absolutely lovely and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was that the hotel has its own boat, which made it incredibly easy and enjoyable to take boat tours and visit the beautiful islands nearby. It was a fantastic advantage. A special thanks to the reception, incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The owner is also a very kind and warm person, which truly adds to the friendly and personal atmosphere of the hotel. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

“Great quiet room”

The place was quiet and nice and the staff was great. They helped us with anything we needed. We used their laundry service and it was very nice as well. We liked it because it was in a quiet part of town and the rooms were big.

We loved the welcoming atmosphere with the little extras that made all the difference; a taxi waiting for our arrival at the airport, a welcome drink, complimentary drinks and snacks in the rooms and mostly the friendly staff. This hotel definitely goes above and beyond to welcome guests. They even allowed us to use the facilities after checkout.

Great location, lovely pool, lovely staff and very clean.

The best sleep we had in our entire time on the Galapagos. It was very quiet at night. The staff at the reception was kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and started early/before excursions. Taxi from and to the airport is included, which is a plus and saves you USD 30 each way.

“Everything you need”

Everything was great, escpecially, that we directly get our room at 9:30 pm and could leave our lagguage until 2pm in a secured area until our ferry was scheduled. The mini bar in the rooms as well as water, coffee and tea is included the whole day. We went completly wet due to rain and could use the towels and infrastructure to get changed.

It is a nice resort with several opportunities to sit next to the pool even when it is raining. There is always free water, coffee, tea and a mini bar. The rooms are amazing. The breakfast was fresh and well prepared.

“I do recommend this place”

The room is spacious. I liked that hotel picked me up from port of the island ( 40 km away from hotel ) to the hotel, pick and return is included as part of their service. They do have contacts to organize tours, which is a pity since I did not know about that. There a free mini snack bar, water and coffee to take. Room is very clean. I felt home and safe in this hotel.

“Perfect cozy home for our stay in Puerto Ayora”

Absolutely perfect boutique hotel. Recently renovated impeccable and spacious rooms. A cosy courtyard with a pool and little spaces to relax. The location is excellent few minutes walk to the pier of Puerto Ayora for all excursions, the closest to the walk to Tortuga bay and a lovely restaurant next door. Byron the manager was attentive to every request and accommodated all our requirements including a generous early check in and helped with all sorts of recommendations. A complimentary pick up is included and was perfectly organized. Really could not ask for a better place.

Wow! We loved our stay here, we were a group of 4 backpackers celebrating a 30th birthday and this hotel was perfect! The junior suite was gorgeous and the staff so lovely! They even gave our friend a personalized complimentary gift for her birthday! Great dinner and drinks recommendations also from the staff! The mini bar in the suite was also complimentary and had free tea and coffee by the pool! Also lovely breakfast! Thank you for an amazing stay!

“Nice accommodations, Highly recommend”

The room was a good size and king bed. The price was on par with other places we stayed, just everything is expensive in the Galapagos, all the islands. But very friendly staff and the breakfast was really nice.
