“A very easy place to begin an adventure in a new country.”
The staff were exceptional, beginning with our check in with Chris, who gave us numerous tips of where to go and a recommendation of a travel agent a block away. The rooms were spacious (king bed) and well appointed. They had thought of everything needed. An all-day snack and coffee station was availabile and the breakfast was overseen by very helpful staff. It was an excellent stay while we were planning our tours.

“Fantastic stay at Cucuve”
Great location, only a few minutes walk from ferry dock. Room was lovely, nice comfy bed, big bathroom, safe, fridge, hammock on balcony. Cold filtered water available, good breakfast - hot option and fresh fruit/juice, yogurts/cereals. Coffee machine for 24/7 coffee, free snacks. Friendly staff

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was excellent…Ana was always there to take care of us. Very clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable!

We had an excellent breakfast pack from them on our early morning excursion. Well presented and packed for us to eat as we got hungry on the boat trip. All were wrapped in eco-friendly packaging. 10/10 We were super happy with how they explained their commitment to being responsible towards nature and what they do to be actively involved. The info in the rooms was presented subtly, although not overwhelmingly. The free shopping bags and water bottles were a nice touch.

“Perfect stay in Galapagos”
Ana and all staff were extremely attentive and friendly, they helped us to make our trip to Galapagos absolutely fantastic. If one plans to visit Galapagos and a room in this hotel is available, one should immediately book it and don’t even look at other hotels :)
