Overview
Set in a picturesque building made of lava stones and driftwood, Hotel Angermeyer Waterfront Inn offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV in Puerto Ayora. There is a restaurant, and breakfast is provided. The German Beach is 500 metres away. With large windows overlooking the sea, rooms at Angermeyer Waterfront Inn are very bright. They are decorated with tiled floors and beamed ceilings with fans. Some rooms have spa baths. Breakfast with fresh juices is served daily. The restaurant offers regional and international dishes, which can be enjoyed on the patio or on the water deck. Drinks and cocktails can be ordered at the bar, which features a fireplace Guests can relax on the private waterfront, or practice snorkeling. They can also unwind on the deck, overlooking the Ocean. Hotel Angermeyer Waterfront Inn is located on Punta Estrada Waterfront, next to Gus Angermeyer's legendary cave. Airport shuttles can be arranged. Baltra Airport is 45 minutes way by car, whereas Turtle Bay is 5 km away.

“Stunning room in a beautiful location. Highly recommended”
We were so glad we booked this hotel. It was absolutely stunning. We were in the Southern Cross room at the top of the hotel, and it was gorgeous. Views on two sides of the harbour/sea/town, spacious and everything you need. The restaurant next to the water was really lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend splashing out for the best rooms.

The location was as good as it gets. The staff was amazing. The food was great. The breakfasts were "OK". The biggest drawback was the internet. It was basically useless. We were told that it is the same all over the Galapagos. However, we did find a hotel that the internet was consistently excellent. If wifi is not important this is a great choice.

It was right by the sea - but it is not a beach … more or less a station for Water taxis. The staff was friendly. The view was good. Nice Restaurant.

“Feels like an experience - will be back!”
Absolutely loved this hotel, from catching a water taxi to their own pier, to allowing a free late checkout and with a room and restaurant both with water views. It felt like an experience and a world away from the main town (although it’s only a couple of mins in a water taxi).

The restaurant patio is stunning - so beautiful to sit by the water and watch the boats in the harbour and the frigate birds overhead. There's a short walk to a quiet cove beach with great swimming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the bathrooms are a bit dated. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, I highly recommend the hotel.
