The hotel was great, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they arranged a taxi to take us to and from the Tortoise reserve. The location was a few meters from the main street with lots of choices for bars and restaurants.

Very helpful attentive staff. Very clean and only a short walk to the main Street. Very grateful that the room had air conditioning and also a bonus to find the bathroom had a bath as well as a shower.

“Solid 9 Hotel in a great location”
We loved our 1 night stay here and wish we could have stayed a few extra nights! Room - beautiful and massive; huge bathroom as well with shower and seperate bath. Nice decor and thoughtful touches. Very comfy large bed and excellent air conditioning! Location - 2 minute walk to the main strip with restaurants and bars, as its the far end from the ferry pier you will need to take a taxi if you have larger luggage. Breakfast - due to our early check out they proposed a 'go bag' which was duly ready for us and was actually pretty decent! Pool - nice size little pool in their private courtyard. Services - there is a fantastic travel agency attached (Galapagos Authentic Travel) who they recommend and we used multiple times. On the more expensive side but would have happily paid it to stay here longer. Great little hotel and would fully recommend.

Room is clean, comfortable, good decoration. Staff is helpful, especial thank you to the guy and lady that was working on Tuesday and Wednesday in reception. The breakfast was really good, thank you for going the extra mile and helping me with some food for my baby.

The hotel is located off the main road with easy access to restaurants. The hotel is small and cute with a pool. The room is clean and the bed is large. The staff is very friendly and helpful...the best part!

“Great Location, Extremely friendly Staff”
We really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights in Acacia. Claudia and the whole team were extremely friendly and helpful. They kept our extra luggage when visited other islands until our return to Santa Cruz. We were provided with box breakfast for early morning tour departures. They also arranged Airport transfers and El Chato Highland tour for us. Driver Danilo was excellent. Location of the hotel is great.

“Wonderful stay in Santa Cruz”
A very nice boutique hotel. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. Shout out to Carolina who went above and beyond for us during our stay. Nice balcony and lounge area for guests to relax. Did not use the pool as wasn’t hot enough whilst we were there. The location is perfect, close to everything and plenty of nearby eateries.
