Very clean & comfortable. Had a pool & a bit of a gym/activity area. Staff were always around & happy to help with anything. Breakfast included every morning. Showers were amazing!!

“Super”
The staff were really super friendly, always there for us. We received a warm welcome. The room was extremely clean. The linen was changed every day and the room was tidied up. Breakfast was also good.

“Nice pool, but a bit far from town.”
The staff were helpful, they allowed us to switch rooms to one without road noise (the twin rooms open onto the main road, and the king rooms are quieter) - thank you! The breakfast was great too. Fresh cooked + provided with eggs / fruit salad + more.

“Great hotel for couples or families as a base in Santa Cruz”
Oscar and the hotel staff are super helpful. Arranging taxi on arrival from Baltra island and assisting every day throughout our 4 night stay. We also made use of their laundry service, that was very efficient. The hotel has a pool, spa pool and small gym, with table a tennis table. All good fun. You need a taxi for town but it is only 5 minutes and 2 USD, including tip. Breakfast is great and early enough for most trips. On the day we set off to early we had a breakfast to go provided, great service.

“Comfortable room, very noisy place”
The room is nice and comfortable, the bed is comfortable, and the shower runs well, which is not a given in Galapagos. The staff were nice and helpful. Nice laundry service.

* such a nice hotel, best of all our trip * very good breakfast, different each day * free water to refill all day * big room, comfortable big beds * nice bathroom, good shower * didnt use the pool or stayed there * the main host could speak english alright * Wifi was good
