The hotel was clean. Good location. Many restaurants around. Walked to charles Darwin centre. Good beach around ..towels provided. Lovely rooftop seating and views ... Tea coffee facilities 24hrs and Fresh fruit and snacks .Water dispenser on each floor . Room very nicely decorated. The area safe. The port very close visible from rooftop.

Great property! The room was spacious, charmingly decorated, and spotless. The roof terrace was always available and offered a nice place to relax and enjoy breakfast or the complimentary drinks and snacks. “Excellent hotel and staff only spoiled by barking dog all night!!!”
The hotel and staff were lovely…friendly and helpful. We had a great view on the highest room floor overlooking the pier. Spacious room as we booked the triple and very clean. Breakfast was good each day freshly prepared with omelette or scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, coffee etc up on the top floor which is also a nice chill out area anytime after breakfast. Room designs were exactly as pictures and very comfortable overall.

This is the second time we stayed here. Felipe stored our bags while we went to Isabela Island for 4 nights. Can't thank them enough. This is really the best place to stay in Santa Cruz!

“Perfect place to stay near the pier!”
Amazing accomodation in Santa Cruz. The staff, especially Felipe were so friendly and accommodating. You can see the ocean from your room and it is a short 2 minute walk to the pier to head out to the islands. The rooftop terrace was great for afternoon beers and the included breakfast which changed slightly every day was fantastic. Great value for the price, stay here if you can!

The hosts Phillips and Omar are particularly memorable members of this business whom were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend to stay with them! Loved the room - very clean and cosy. Lovely ocean views. Felt comfortable and secure.

“Nice place in Puerto Ayora”
Location was excellent, very central reaching everything around there in a few minutes. Staff is great, always there to help and reply to messages. Breakfast on the top floor, with a nice view of the port. It was different every day-scrambled eggs available each day and either empanadas-which were great or pancakes. Coffee, fresh juice and fruits as well. Be a bit more open to provide more marmelade and butter-so we won’t feel that we are asking it ourselves:) We paid in cash but this seems quite normal in the island. Be prepared and take cash with you!

A really nice play to stay in Puerto Ayora. Felipe was really helpful and friendly. Room was clean & comfortable. The roof top terrace was a lovely place to have the complimentary breakfast which was really nice and even varied each day.

Perfectly located for the pier and exploring Santa Cruz. It’s a lovely modern interior hotel with a relaxing roof terrace seated area. Hot water, beverages and biscuits are available all day as are cold drinks to purchase. A continental breakfast is provided and you can order freshly made scrambled or fried eggs. The rooms are well appointed, with AC, an iron, safe and fridge. Felipe is a joy to deal with, super friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend a stay here
