I discovered pool and spa have been closed for months although still advertised on the website. Could feel the mattress springs. furniture and tub surround badly chipped so seems very shabby.

“There are much better hotels and are at the same rate. They portrayed the hotel dishonestly.”
The only positive I can give was the front desk staff were helpful. The did not have my reservation in their system. I shows them the receipt from booking.com. They were able to resolve the situation. Actually I would have been happier if they didn’t.
