The beds and the room was super comfortable but it was faced to the main street, so it was literally impossible to proper sleep since the windows add no type of isolation and the noise of cars, specially because the street was made of rock was too loud. With some proper isolating windows I would give it a 9.

“Nice little hotel in the perfect spot with very friendly staff!”
Good things: the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, spacious room with two queen-sized beds, no smoking in the entire hotel, and free parking. The facility looks really nice!

“Suited our needs completely”
The hotel is very well maintained and room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and you are able to order whatever you want should want something different to what is on offer. Staff very friendly and helpful. One weak spot is that the WIFI is somewhat variable and the signal often dropped.

“Very nice”
Very good location, 5min away from the city center. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. The rooms have comfortable king size bed and are well equipped. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Lovely place to stay, very close to the Zócalo of Puebla! Clean and comfortable rooms, with an excellent buffet style breakfast. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Very Helpful & Friendly staff especially (Jorge) whom we checkin with, he speak very good English courteous & swift. We Love our spacious room Very Comfortable soft big beds & pillows great breakfast.
