“Won't stay here again. Great location.”
The toilet did not work. We could not use it. The shower did not have hot water even after waiting for 5 minutes. The sink would get clogged up with just washing hands. The bath door would not close all the way - it stayed open for 2-3 inches so there was no privacy. These are very basic things which one expects from any hotel

“Perfect Location”
Beautiful hacienda style hotel. We were right on the corner, with 2 balconies. Once we closed the doors and shutters. Not too much noise. Excellent location. Close to everything. Staff are very helpful

The location couldn’t be better and the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. We were allowed to choose between two different available rooms and the bed was massive and really comfortable. I loved all the free amenities in the room (body lotion, conditioner, sewing kit, etc)

“Don't stay here if you value a peaceful night's sleep”
The hotel looks nice with comfortable rooms and good decor. Staff were generally friendly. Great location, very close to the main square. But unfortunately we wouldn't stay again due to the reasons listed.

“Comfortable hotel in amazing location”
Superbly located a few blocks from Puebla's beautiful zocalo. Close to an array of good restaurants, cafes, churches and museums. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

“Great place to stay in Puebla…definitely recommend”
I had a corner room so I had two balconies looking out to the beautiful old town of Puebla. The bed was comfy and the bath tub in the room was unexpected and fun. The shower was huge and had a beautiful window inside ! I didn’t take advantage of the restaurant inside so I can not speak of it. The location is a short beautiful walk to the Zocolo. best bang go the buck. I will be back!!
