“Horrible Experience at Kharma Suites”
Our two-day stay at Kharma Suites was a truly horrible experience. On the first day, the hotel ran out of gas, meaning they couldn't prepare breakfast, and we were forced to take showers with freezing cold water. To our surprise, the second day was no better. When we went to the cafeteria for breakfast, we were informed they had run out of groceries, resulting in us missing breakfast once again. We requested a reimbursement so we could eat elsewhere, but the manager flat-out refused. The wifi doesn't work and the bath supplies were empty. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. They clearly lack the basic services and professionalism required to operate as an accommodation. I hope this feedback reaches them and prompts a significant change in their operations.

“Nice comfortable stay”
The hotel is nice in general, it has a great view if the volcano. The rooms are big and comfortable, it felt clean

“good enough”
Breakfast had to be asked 1/2 hour before I wanted to, and didn't like that very much, although it was a nice simple breakfast.... ok. Would have liked longer time for breakfast cause it only lasted 1 hour (one day) and 2 hours another day, but. For me it was quite early, since I went on vacation and would have liked breakfast time from 8:30 to 10:30 at least
