I requested that the room have a romantic detail as I was travelling with a partner and they went above and beyond to make it special for us despite short notice on the booking. They responded quickly and were always friendly. 2 bottles of water was provided and two Hersheys kisses chocolates on the Swan towels which was a lovely touch. The location was amazing right in the historic centre, with a beautiful view from the terrace. Hot coffee is provided in the lobby which comes with coffee creamer and sugar. After check out I was also allowed to leave my bags. The room had a very large flat screen TV, it was very very clean, and very comfortable to sleep in. We really enjoyed our stay after nearly 10 months of travel and many hit or miss accommodations, it was nice to stay somewhere that made me feel relaxed and refreshed again.

“Fantastic location & great rooms!”
Location was amazing, room was very comfortable, check in & out was easy and they spoke English which was an added bonus. Water available in rooms and they had a lift (many places we have stayed we have had to lug our cases up the stairs).

“Wanderers in Puebla”
What a welcome with the sea shell of the Camino & Santiago de Compestella, Spain. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace at sunset or for taking a break. The towel artwork was a special touch. The room was the right size for 2. Very handy to Puebla's Zocalo. Staff were very.accomodating.

The hotel is in the centre of Puebla, with a view of the cathedral from the roof terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location next to the main square. Easy to get around puebla by foot. The staff were really attentive and the property in itself felt very safe to stay in. My room was amazing. Super spacious and very very clean. I really enjoyed the stay here.

The location, the staff who waited for us even though we arrived after midnight due to a 3h-delay from the bus due to traffic on the outskirts of Mexico DF (probably caused by an accident) Everything else was great, from the shower to the terrasse

Location was perfect right at the corner of the Zocalo. Helpfull staff.and clean rooms. Free mineral water refill everyday.
