The staff is available and caring, they use WhatsApp instead of a traditional phone line which is very convenient. The room I had was quite spacious and comfortable (large bed and shower) and the cleaning is done every 2 days for longer stays. The location is great since it is like 3 min away by foot from a traditional market (mercado de artesanías de Analco, absolutely recommend on weekends) and 12-15 min from the historical center/Zócalo. Also, the entrance to the hotel is well secured.

“Walking distance to the city center”
Nice modern budget hotel. It's located 10 minutes walk from Puebla Old town, in a not very nice but calm street. The room was small but comfortable, sadly there's no AC. I heard to too much noise from other guests during the night

“Too loud. Very disappointed”
It was soooo loud I had no sleep the entire stay. They have a huge laundry room and we're doing laundry until 2 am ... It sounded like it was in the room with us. People were screaming and laughing until around 2 am also , loud music and movies? Not sure if it's the staff but I was so disappointed with my stay. Sound echoes alot so you will be kept awake all night and woken early from the restaurant and other people. Puebla is an easygoing town, not a party place and the hotel is out of the main area so I thought for sure I would get rest. I would not stay again. It kinda ruined my whole trip to Puebla.
