“Characterful and charming hotel, we highly recommend!”

We loved everything about this hotel. Full of character - beautifully designed and decorated throughout the property. The breakfast were very generous and delicious. However the best was our host, Cristina who was warm, friendly and very helpful in everything that we asked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

“Incredible building with loveystaff”

The architecture and vibe were incredible: an absolutely beautiful building, felt like we were stepping back in time. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. There is a small rooftop terrace from where you can see the volcano!! The hotel is well situated, about a 10 minute walk from the centre. Pace yourself on the breakfast, it's very tasty and very generous.

“Historic Charm, Unforgettable Hospitality”

This hotel made my experience of Puebla truly special and unforgettable. The building, dating back to the 17th century, still preserves its historic atmosphere. Combined with handcrafted Mexican décor and traditional details, staying here felt like stepping into a period drama. The room itself was beautifully decorated and generously spacious, blending comfort with historical charm in a very thoughtful way. What made the stay especially meaningful, however, was the kindness of the staff. They were warm, generous, and genuinely attentive, going out of their way to make my time in Puebla sweet and memorable. I regret not asking the name of the staff member who assisted me — I am deeply grateful for her friendliness and hospitality. I would absolutely love to return!!!

Really amazing interior, very clean, amazingly friendly staff and lots of amenities like coffee and water in the room, showering gel and body lotion. Loved the bathtub and the delicious and more than generous breakfast!

- the staff was incredible, they really made us feel like at home - the place itself is stunning: the building is from the 17th century and is well decorated. It felt like living in a museum. The room was also very comfortable. When I booked I was afraid the bed looked small on the pictures, but in reality it was confortable for 2 people . - great (and filling) breakfast included - the location: very close to the historical center and with a free parking close to the hotel.

Incredible location, staff and antique building. Very cool architecture. The breakfast was excellent. Denise is studying gastronomy and is an incredible cook. We loved the vibe of this place and wonderful staff. It was amazing!! An unforgettable experience.

Staying at Posada XVII felt like being welcomed into someone’s beautiful old home. The place is stunning and every detail has that antique charm but it’s clearly been cared for with love. The staff were just as lovely: warm, quick to respond, and genuinely kind. It was the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back.

The hotel Is for description, a boutique mension full of historical pieces. The breakfast is very good and served with fresh products. They have a place closeby where parking the car. We also appreciated that someone took care of it. Position is close to the city center and useless to say the staff was friendly and careful. Very recommended.
