Honestly it was a great stay! Many rooms, I've stayed in a female dorm and it was quiet and nice. Yes, the mattress is weird but not too bad. The guys of the hostel helped me with the bed, gave me extra blankets also to use as curtains around the bed which I really appreciate!! There are big windows and not really curtains covering from the light. Everything was pretty clean and we'll organized, many showers and toilet. They give you the towel too. They clean always something everyday. A new and bigger fridge just arrived! Kitchen is big but not many pans.. but a lot of plates and cups, free coffee in the morning. Good wifi. Key to open the door in the evening, enough safe area and 15 min from the Zócalo. Just in the square in the front you can get many micro to go in many areas and to Cholula. Outside there is a train museum. They helped me with many things and information. Big luggage store. For sure they have to upgrade but it takes time!! Big terrace with a great view of the city and the vulcano but not used.. so no forniture but go up there and enjoy the sun or the view!

Very nice, spacious hostel. Good location, 10 min walk from the city centre. Easy to take a bus to Cholula as well. Very clean, big dorms, calm atmosphere, nice kitchen and courtyard. Would absolutely recommend!

It's a good location within walking distance to the historic centre or to catch the bus to Cholula. The staff was very nice.

The staff are really helpful and offered to check in early and leave bags, and the whole design and layout works really well. Everything you need including a safe and bathrooms are close to the bunk bed room. The communal spaces downstairs are nice too. Everything is minimal but clean and nicely presented!

The location is good, rooms and showers look like they are cleaned regularly, price is low, towels and linnen is included.

During my stay in Puebla i got an unfortunate accidente and the owners have been really kind and helpfull with me during my stay ! So i am thanksfull for it ! Hot shower , good Wifi, close to center ..! I recommand

The staff at choco Hostal is extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. David's cooking is fantastic. It was the best breakfast I had so far.
