“Overall nice.”
Location is very nice. Parking is good for low season. Walking distance from the center. Breakfast was good, it was nice that you had 24h tea and coffee available. Hotel provided discount for activities. They cleaned the room every day.

“Incredible service, super location”
This hotel was excellent. The staff were super-helpful. For example, we needed to leave at 5:30am so they provided us a substantial packed breakfast to-go. There is complementary coffee and water all day. They kindly allowed us to leave the car in their car park all day while we were gone on a volcano hike - even though we were checked out already. They also allowed us to leave food in the fridge and use the restaurant tables when we got back. They were so helpful in every way. The location is also excellent - right in the centre of the town - near the tour agencies, restaurants, bars, shops. Overall, top class ! Finally, the cost was amazing value for money.

“Lovely hotel with helpful staff”
This was a lovely well-maintained, very clean property with the bonus that the staff spoke good English. My wife was ill when we arrived and they allowed us to check in early (to a different room than we booked). The room was comfortable with a good ensuite and strong shower; and they served a nice breakfast. It was close to shops and restaurants - and to the bus terminals: useful as we were back-packing. Heartily recommended- thank you for your welcome!

“Ideal”
Very friendly welcome. The location is excellent. the reception immediately could organise any tour I wanted which was so convenient. They were happy for me to pay a part of the bill later, since I did not have the cash necessary. Tea/coffee/water available any time
