Great hospitality. You feel like home. Good service—attentive and warm. A beautifully decorated boutique hotel, with a well-designed interior garden. The breakfast is delicious, featuring bread baked at the hotel. You will always find someone at the reception desk taking care everything is running smoothly. Lovely view to the volcano.Highly recommended.

My partner and I recently stayed at 'Maki Hotel' and the standout features for us were; The comfort of the bed was 10/10. The breakfast was 10/10 both mornings. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was exceptional for my stay! Well done to all of the team.

“Lovely rooms, great value & location - recommended!”

We loved the rooms at the Maki Hotel - light & bright with big windows and balconies. Very peaceful area but easy and quick to walk into the main streets of the town. The staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable and nice breakfast. It was excellent value for money in what can be an expensive town to stay in.

The hotel is centrally located but still in a quiet area. They have a locked area to park cars and bikes, which was very useful for me. They were also very helpful in keeping my luggage stored when i was away for a couple of days. Breakfast is good with personal service. I came back to this hotel 2 times, everytime excellent.

Beautiful place, great breakfast, lovely staff and overall good room. Comfortable bed and very clean. Lots of wood and nice garden. Cosy feeling.

We had an awesome stay at Maki - the room was very clean, bright, modern and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the location was brilliant. The stand out for us was the exceptional reception staff who went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. They helped us book tours, provided great recommendations and were very flexible and accommodating. If you are paying at the property, you will need to pay by credit card or cash (debit card incurs a substantial fee), so we had to get out cash (pesos) and then convert it to USD at a local currency exchange kiosk. Was easy enough to do but was unexpected. Would highly recommend Maki! We loved our time in Pucon.

One of the best hotels we have been to. It is beautiful in its design, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was especially good with freshly baked goods, fruit and many more. We really enjoyed our stay.
