The remodeled Enjoy Pucón Hotel has the best location in the city , on the shores of the beach and inserted in the center of Pucón. Great views, near the beach, the porters were very friendly and helpful. Was great for my daughter's wheelchair, there's a great ramp to the beach.

“Exceptional stay in Pucón!”
Probably the best place you can stay in Pucón. It really has the 5* vibe. They parked our car. It is right on the lake beach with a perfect lake view. We enjoyed lying on the outdoor loungers, even though there were no towels available because they supposedly ran out of clean towels. We had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. And breakfast is very rich with a wide selection. We definitely enjoyed this stay!

“Very , very dirty & helpless staff”
AC wasn’t working. No help from the staff , no solution. Very dirty : spider webs in the room. Room’s window which hasn’t been cleaned for « years » !

Mixed Bag: Stylish Rooms, So-So Breakfast" Our recent stay at Gran hotel Pucon was a mixed experience. The hotel has clearly undergone a significant renovation, and the rooms are now absolutely stunning. "Modern decor, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms.. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the overall ambiance.

“Very good hotel, ideal for families or couples”
Remodeled hotel, good facilities, clean, good size rooms, friendly staff, extraordinary location. It has a nursery for children, which is a very good idea to complement a family stay. The breakfast buffet was the best, very wide variety and quality.
