We loved everything about our stay here! The staff were amazing and attentive. The room perfect, comfortable and views stunning. Spa facilities great and places to relax with a drink in front of the fire to continue taking in the view. We also enjoyed a delcious dinner of venison with mochella mushrooms and rabbit ravioli.

this hotel was exceptional! stunning views from every part of the hotel and lovely staff, quiet and high above the lake but only 20 mins walk into Pucón. Lots of birds and flowers in large gardens that go all the way to the lake. The room had stunning views and a real log burning stove fire, this was very warm after a snowy walk! The staff were always helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back one day.

The history and Bauhaus style of the building was great- it has retained its features without feeling outdated. It’s stylish and comfortable. In a great location overlooking the Lake and has a lovely pool and sauna area. The staff were superb and extremely helpful. The food was too notch. I highly recommend the Chocolate Volcano pudding!

Exceptional hotel and our lodge was such luxury - felt like royalty….. nothing was too much trouble for the team, and it was all super laid back - cheap uber ride into town so no need to miss out on anything!

The view on the lake is amazing. The staff is super friendly and responsive. The food was delicious, simple but homemade breakfast. At night the food at the restaurant is amazing (congrats to the chef and the team). We took the chalet in front of the lake and could enjoy the fireplace.

Fantastic service. Great location. Staff all go out of way ie chopping wood for our fire in lodge when we ran out.

Excellent view from the front, you could stay in the room all day. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast with fresh cooked eggs. The best place for family’s vacation in Pucon.
