10 minute walk from the main street in Pucon, 20 minute walk to the beach. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Kitchen access in the hostel was great! Check in process was easy. The host was super friendly and nice.

One of the top 3 hostels I have ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly and the hostel is run by a family, which gives it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There is great access to bathrooms and showers, and a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook your own food, with a fridge and freezer available. There is even a peach tree next to the hostel with some of the best peaches I have ever eaten. The rooms are comfortable and you have access to extra blankets and duvets in the bedroom. The common areas are clean and well maintained every day. The location is also great — about a 10 minute walk to the town center, with good access to buses, kiosks, and fruit shops nearby. I honestly have nothing to complain about. Next time I travel to Pucón, I will definitely stay here again.

A good budget option in Pucón. Alina the host was really accommodating and easy-going as I kept adding extra nights to my stay! The kitchen is fully equipped and a cosy space to be during bad weather.

“Strange staff behaviour and noisy rooms”

A nice looking place with a good kitchen. Unfortunately our five night stay was ruined a bit by multiple factors. First, the 'staff'. There is a rather odd guy staying in one of the rooms, who seemingly works for the owner, as he's explaining things to new guests and doing odd jobs around the place. His presence felt rather strange, and it was as if he was constantly checking what we were doing and if we weren't breaking anything. The owner herself seemed nice, if a bit detached, until the day we had to check out. We had asked if we could stay around for a few more hours after check out time, until we had to leave. This was fine. However, when we were making some lunch in the kitchen she started telling us off, that we couldn't use any facilities anymore because we were checked out, not even the toilet. A really odd and inhospitable way to treat guests, especially guests that have been here for five nights and just want to wait a few hours until their bus. Lastly, the floors squeak a lot and the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear what everyone else is doing all the time. The neighbours were also talking loudly on their balcony (which is right next to some of the rooms) until late every night we stayed here and had zero consideration for guests that are trying to sleep.

A good, clean well equipped hostel. Room was en-suite. We had the option of cooking in the kitchen and eating in our room. We used that the first night which was the busiest.

Loved it here! Accommodation was very clean and comfortable, hot shower, clean well stocked kitchen, great WiFi. The owner Alina was very nice and accommodating during our stay. We ended up staying much longer than planned. Thanks 😊
