The place was really dirty, and there were weird stains on the bed. I have stayed in many hostels and generally don’t have the highest expectations, but this was just gross. I had to leave and find another place to stay. When i asked if i could get any money back the guy just started laughing. I understand that it wasn’t a possibility to get a refund, but the interaction was just uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place. So many other places in Pucon around the same price that are much nicer

“Tiny cramped rooms with 1 or 2 beds too much”

- There were good sitting areas inside and outside. - There were some games offered. - There was a good effort manage the fridge space, and there are 2 big fridges. - There was the intention to make an effort to keep the place clean.

I liked the easy access and the kind workers. If you need a simple stay for less money its good.

Arriving at 10pm, the room was frozen, the window open and in the shower, I found used, dirty shampoo packs. I got a cold and high fever because of that frozen room. Moreover, you can have better room accommodation nearby for half the price they charge. In addition, the manager (unlawfully) asked me to pay the VAT although I am exempted from such tax being not a Chilean resident and falsely claimed/assured I will be allowed to be reimbursed of such tax when leaving the country.

It was great to have a private room with a private bathroom. The man who greeted me, David, was friendly and welcoming. There's a kitchen too, if you want to cook.

Nico was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Had great recommendations on what to do and where to eat around town. Very understanding when we had to cancel our tour at the last minute. The rooms & common areas are kept clean and warm. Midnight was adorable, loves getting pats no matter the time. Good hostel vibe for travellers who want to meet people Great location. It's easy to get to all the bus stops and high street. Good deal for the price.

Very nice hostel, cheap and cozy dorms with lockers, very nice common areas with a good kitchen and outside space with hamacs and a barbecue to relax after a hike

Good location, close to everything but off the main road so you get best of both worlds. Staff were incredibly friendly and wanted to help you out, give advice on things to do. Individual plugs and curtains on beds. While I was there it was very social - no issue meeting other people to explore with

Everything! Friendly staff, strong WiFi, good kitchen, plenty of space to socialise, large lockers, quiet neighbourhood, close to 2 mini-markets, only 10 minutes walk from centre/bus stations.

Super welcoming staff, great facilities, lovely outdoor area. Let us check in early and store our bags while we hiked. Also allowed booking flexibility. Loved it!

Cozy place, staff is really nice and friendly, makes you feel like home. Kitchen is clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds with curtains perfect for privacy.
