“It was a lovely hotel just in the right place for us on the edge of the town centre.”
The staff looked after us well. We were the only guests at the time as it was out of season and they did take good care of us. The room was large and welcoming and it had a lovely view of the volcano.

“Great location and staff - very accommodating to our needs”
The owner was delightful - looked after us and arranged early breakfasts when we had to depart early on day trips. The location was just a few minutes walk from the busy town centre, though quiet enough to get a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed.

Nice little hotel adjacent to town center, steps away from the lakeside. Room was correct and clean. Tasty breakfast prepared to order. Secure parking on site. Particularly liked the welcoming attitude of the employees, also supporting me with advise about hiking trails in the region

“Best stay in Pucon”
What an excellent find, Marcelo and his lovely Team look after you so much. He arranged our transfers and the Team delivered a great breakfast, our lack of the Spanish language was easily overcome a bit of Google, which they were all happy with. Room was great, plenty of space with a balcony. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Highly recommended”
Lovely boutique hotel!!! Amazing service!! New and well-equipped rooms!! They even made us breakfast at 5:15 when we went to climb the volcano!

“Decent hotel in a great location.”
This was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location was great for walking to the beach and town which is a lively Chilean holiday location with lots of busy bars and restaurants.

Marcelo and Carolina were wonderfully helpful, excellent hospitality. Excellent location. The room was stylish and comfortable, with an incredible view of the volcano from the balcony. And Marcelo makes a delicious gumbo!

Friendly staff. Marcello was very helpful with all our travel needs. Places to eat, things to do, directions etc etc. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was personalised and very well catered. Location is central

“The best”
I have been several times in Pucon, but this hotel is the best experience so far. It is a little on expensive side, but the level of comfort and calmness worth it.
