“Nice hotel very close to the port of the city”
The room was clean, the staff were helpful and very kind and the hotel was close to the port which we appreciated a lot, but it’s also quite close to the center if that’s what somebody is looking for. We really enjoyed our stay in the city and in general this hotel was a good choice.

“Comfortable rooms, centrally located.”
Comfortable and clean rooms. Good ensuite. Central location about 3 minutes walk from main plaza with it's cafes, restaurants, banks (ATMs) and shops. Located next to mercado 1 and within 5 minutes walk of mercado 2. Basic but adequate breakfast. Polite staff.

Wifi was okay, you can get free potable water in the reception, bed was good, room with AC Breakfaat is a joke, if you think you will get a breakdast forget it, if you want to eat you must pay additionally otherwise enjoy a one crossaint and a juice or coffee. No buffet etc false advertising regarding breakfast

“Very basic”
There was no sheets on the bed or covers on the pillows. No towels in the room. I had to request all this. Room wasn’t the cleanest and the bathroom definitely needed a better clean.

I like the location of the hotel it is close to downtown especially banks and restaurants. People were nice and friendly. Pool was clean .

The staff was very nice, room was big and cleaned. Nice hot water in the bathroom. They offer a free shuttle to the airport. Very good address in Pucallpa!
