The housekeeping and wait staff were great. So polite and helpful. We had to change rooms 3 times because of so many issues.. no hot water and broken towel rack (also one towel per room -we were 2 guests. They did bring extra when asked), then no water at all from sink tap. Lots of black mould on the ceiling, the old mini fridges in the first 2 rooms didn't work. Housekeeping lady helped us move our stuff each time (we expected the room to be fine so unpacked). By the 3rd room we (and the kind woman helping us) checked water and fridge etc. first, then we unpacked. My husband was not feeling well our 2nd day there and the waitress provided camomile tea for me to bring to him any time I went down the lobby. Very sweet.

We managed to stay in three different rooms as he kept coming back to this hotel. Catherine was awesome she was very helpful very kind and always smiling.

The staff are welcoming, accommodating, kind, and exceptionally helpful. The facilities are simple, perfect, and the rooms exactly what I need. I stay here before and after every plant dieta as my central landing pad in Pucallpa, and so Del Castillo Plaza Hotel has become a familiar home away from home that I will keep returning to time and time again :) Gracias por todo!

I’m have stayed here many times over the years. The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable the showers are good the WiFi is good and the location is great.
