“A corporate-level hotel in the center of Pucallpa.”
Very practical and comfortable stay in Pucallpa. It is to the international norms. It is right in the city center. The welcome drink was very appreciated. I did not test the pool but the area on the terrace was spaceful and nice, with nice views. the views from the hotel top terrace are also nice.

“Great hotel”
I arrived well before the check-in time, but was allowed to rest and read on comfortable couches at the back of the lobby, with a coffee carafe available nearby. The pool is cleaned every morning and the area has plenty of tables, chairs and umbrellas. The buffet breakfast is absolutely fantastic and my favourite feature of the hotel, with a great selection of food that kept me filled up for hours. Plus, the bartenders refilled my water bottle with ice cold water. The staff are very friendly and helpful and ready to assist with anything you need. The hotel is well-located, only a few blocks from the main square, cathedral and river.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and willing to help us out with our travels. The room was amazing too. Clean and big, the beds were comfortable as well. We loved our stay so much that we immediately booked another stay here for over 7 weeks!
