From the very first moment of our arrival, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The owner is one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we have ever met – always ready to assist, answer any question, and make sure we had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. His warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were visiting family rather than just renting an apartment. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained – you can truly see how much care and attention the owner puts into keeping the place in perfect condition. The furniture and appliances were all in great shape, the bed was comfortable, and the small details (fresh towels, well-equipped kitchen, even small touches like coffee and local treats) made our stay extra special. The location is simply amazing – very close to the beach, just a short walk away, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. We loved waking up to the beautiful view from the balcony every morning and ending the day watching the sunset. It’s the perfect spot whether you want to relax, go for a swim, or explore the surroundings. We truly can’t recommend this place enough! It’s a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, location, and genuine Greek hospitality. “Great vacation in lovely place with best hosts ever”

Sea house with view is a great place at the beachfront with wondergul sea view. The place is a large apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a comforable plase to relax with a balcony just a few steps to the sea. The hosts Dimitra and Dimitsris are the most kind and caring persons. They welcome you with a big smile and make you feel that you are at home. Fresh fruits and a cold drinks are a welcome gift for the gest. In the apartment you will find everything that you need to have a great stay. Psacoudia is a very beautiful small vilage with sand beach and clean sea. And the pets are welcome too. If you are wondering whether to go, do it!

We are very happy with our stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need,on the first line and is 15 meters from the beach, it also has a wonderful terrace with a sea view I want to thank the owners Dimitra and Dimitris for their hospitality! Extremely kind, they helped us with everything, to unload our luggage, to settle in, on departure they gave my wife a flower. Thank you very much, and we will definitely come back next year. I recommend it to everyone.

“The perfect holiday in a paradise”

Our holiday in the sea house with a view was perfect. Dimitra and Dimitros are the best hosts I have ever met. They welcomed us as members of their family and helped with everything. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more. We could cook any meal in the well-equipped kitchen. The beds in the house are very comfortable. There is a washing machine on the balcony. 2 balconies: one overlooking the garden and the other overlooking the sea, where we loved to have breakfast and dinner. The sea is just a stone's throw away from the house. The beach is long and sandy, there is always space to put sun loungers and an umbrella, which the hosts kindly provided us with. In the sea there are stones and seaweed, in which there are sea urchins, so you should be careful, but in general the sea is very clean and transparent, the water is warm and the depth is suitable. There are many taverns, small shops and a large supermarket around. In the mornings a fresh fishmonger comes, we bought excellent king prawns and fresh dorado and sea bass. There is a lot of greenery around, so it is a very beautiful place.

The location is ideal - peaceful, private, yet close enough to charming local tavernas and beaches. It accomodates very well a family of 4. It has 2 bedrooms and a cosy living room with open space kitchen. It has almost every facility you need, You can cook if you like, the refrigirator is big, big screen TV, large air conditioning, washing machine. It feels like home, just that you are 20 metters from the beach :). The beach is good enough, it is sandy, in some parts there are rocks and vegetation. But there are miles of beach, you can decide up to your preference, there are places with just a few people and also crowded places near bars.

“Seahouse with heart”

Upon arrival, it was raining, and housts welcomed us with umbrellas and raincoats. Never have we ever experienced something like that. We entered the apartment, and it was better than expected. Every room has a ceiling fan and one big AC in the living room if it gets too hot. The apartment is more than equipped with everything you gonna need for your stay. The best thing in the apartment is a terrace with a magical view of the sea. Another great thing is a big yard where our dog could go crazy. The greatest thing of all was to get to know our housts with their positive attitude and biggest smiles we have ever seen. Thank you once again for making our vacation so great. “Perfect!”

This was the perfect setup for our family, parents with 2 kids! The apartment have 2 bedroom, one double bed room and one with 2 beds( for kids) , the balcony have the best view, for drinking a Glass of wine with your partner! The kitchen is fully equipt for making a quick breakfast or Even more! 1AC working for all the rooms! And you Could Find anything you need in the house! Some shops and some taverna reallly Close by! The Owners we’re really nice to us ,they waited us with some lovely small tranditional Greek gifts, cold Water and juice for the kids! So sweet <3. This is more than an accomodation ITS more a “feel like home” place! I recomand it!i will return for sure!
