Wonderful place, quiet location, very close to a supermarket. 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Football field, very nice for those who have kids. The hosts are so nice and ready to help. Everything was perfect.

The location and the amenities.

We have stayed at Psakoudia Villas for a week and the experience has been a 12 out of 10! The villas are newly built and very clean, easy to get to the beach and fully equipped. They are easy to find, with lots of parking and very close to a massive shop. The highlight of our stay was our host Menia, who has been absolutely amazing. 2 out of 3 cars we were in broke down and Menia went over and above her responsibilities! She found us a garage to mend them, offered to drive us to/from there and offered a discounted price on the villas when our stay had to be extended. Our host’s actions have impressed us so much that we ended up calling her our “aunt”, as she looked after us as if we were family! Outstanding service and personable host made our stay better than expected!

“Excellent, but...”

Except the lack of a washing machine for dishes, the villa has all required facilities. Although located very close to the village center and supermarket, the area is very calm / silent. Nice outside terrace.

“Perfect location for a family holiday!”

First of all, the house is lovely, very clean, have a fully equipped kitchenette and a beautiful terrace. It is close to the market, city center and the beach is 5 minutes away by foot. Also, the location was perfect situated in the middle of the two peninsulas (Sithonia & Kassandra) and we could visit both of them. The hosts are very friendly and they responded promptly. We really enjoyed our stay at Stella & Menia Villa and can’t wait to come back one day.
