Exceptional service and availability. A wonderful choice for a family vacation with the sandy beach right next to the accommodation and dedicated sunbeds. Clenliness is at a very high level and the owners are very forthcoming. We're definitely coming back!

“Pleasant stay, excellent facilities but noise is too loud”

Beach is nice and close. We did not used the garden but there were enough chairs and tables so you can. Every 3 days we got new towels and sheets for a bed. Apartment view is excellent. Markets are 200m away and great tavern Nikos.

“Basic accomodation at the beachfront”

Located at the beachfront. It’s not crowded, as this beach area is used only by the guest of the surrounding houses. It’s rocky just in front of the house, but 200 meters aside beach is ok. There is a nice garden and the host is friendly. Village is small and not too crowded.

The location is more than perfect - exact on The location is great – right on the beach. In front of the hotel, there is a small garden – very well-maintained and cozy. The beach directly in front of the hotel is rocky, but just a bit to the side it becomes sandy with a few rocks. Each guest at the hotel receives a key to an umbrella with two sun loungers, which they can use throughout their stay.

Beautiful place, right next to the sea coast. Nice little garden with a space to drink your coffee in the morning. The rooms are spacy and comfortable. The owner is really nice and helpful.

Psakoudia is not as crowded as major resorts and restaurant prices tend to be more moderate. Between the house and the beach there is only a lovely little lawn with an olive tree and a palm. Rooms are spacious, with generous balconies and comfortable beds. Generous and shady car parking area is available 200 m away. Umbrellas and sunbeds on the sandy beach are available to guests. Georgios is a very nice and hospitable host. Thank you.

Very clean and comfortable, with the private beach literally in front of your nose. The host Giorgos is very kind and ready to help. A real little oasis for a quiet family vacation, without noise and loud music. The kids enjoyed it, as did we adults. A real family atmosphere. Warm and sincere recommendations for this facility.

It's exactly as I have dreamed for - with sea view from my bed. Right on a beach with lovely garden in front of the property. We were end of May and it was perfectly quiet and relaxing. The host is great - supportive, firendly and and offering particular help. Thank you Giorgos! Will visit your place again!

The accommodation is clean and has direct access to the beach with free sunbeds. The garden is very beautiful and well-kept. The owner Giorgos is very friendly and ready to help you at any time. He didn't want us to pay in advance. I made the payment on departure. We enjoyed ourselves. We are thinking of returning to this location.

Loved this place. It's exactly as I'd hoped just from looking at pictures and maps and reading about it on booking.com - right on a great beach, nice facilities on the beach, lovely garden in front of the property. It's in a sweet quiet village, a little walk away from the centre. We were there in mid-late September, but I can imagine it's madness in July-August. The host was super-charming and helpful, responsive to requests and offering particular help without needing to be asked.

Many small details.. the beach, the sand, the sea, theh olive tree on the beach, extremly helpful host, the silence around the hotel. Manecure yard.. very clean inside / out.. I definetely recomand this place for a holiday.
